Pathetic rigged servers

Flop the straight draw lose to a flush on the river card, flop a flush draw lose to a full house on the river card. This app is rigged to bankrupt accounts so people will purchase chips from them Do not play this app it is a *** SCAM

Locked account

I was playing and I was winning and they were very jealous and they were throwing stuff at me and I've been real good I play all the time I'm crippled and that's all I got is poker so I don't know why I got locked out I don't bother anybody is there anyway you can unlock my account I don't have anything but poker and I spent a lot of money and I have over $5 billion chips

Pathetic rigged app.

Poker app is a scam and servers are rigged best hands getting beat every hands by igg dummy accounts playing poor cards and going all in preflop and hitting the winning hands every time. Pathetic cheating dishonest poker game. No wonder everyone is deleting this piece of *** poker app.

Makes accusations but provides no proof then wants to take your chips. A bunch of crooks.

They accused me of transferring chips which was untrue. I asked them to show proof but they would not. Asked me to apologize and promise never to do it again. Then they said they wanted to take all my chips away. That is a scam, a real joke. Dont do business with they are a bunch of thieves.

No progress has been made with IGG. I continue to provide them with screenshots from the distant past that only the true owner of the account could possess. They will accept nothing as proof beyond purchase receipts that occurred after the account was stolen and...

It's true what all these reviews say...Criminals prey on valuable accounts and know every step they need to take to bypass IGG's security and recovery policies leaving the honest and true owners of these accounts helpless victims with no recourse because of their insane inability to test and verify the true ownership of these victimized customers. Forget the fact that you spend thousands they have no loyalty to you. I played this game for 3 1/2 years spending over $18k US. I fell victim to a phishing scam which led to my gmail, yahoo and Fb accounts stolen which led to the theft of my Lords Mobile account. I informed IGG support of the theft and was put through a rigorous account recovery procedure that asked for birthdate of the account, cities and states that I had accessed my account and transaction receipts for various dates over the 3+ years I had the account. This involved getting transaction records from several cancelled credit cards and hour and hours of record research to obtain this information. However, I was able to come up with records of every date requested. When I submitted the final date's transaction record they informed me that they would review my case and get back with me. Then they had the nerve to request additional transaction receipts for purchases after the account was stolen. This was impossible for me as I would not have any record of transactions I didn't make. In spite of being able to provide the information they asked for they refused to help me based on transactions made after the account was stolen. You spend that kind of money with an organization and you would expect VIP treatment. Quite to the contrary. I was treated more like a hacker than the actual filth that stole my account. They simply refused to help offering only their standard "we're sorry for the inconvenience this has caused? EIGHTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS and they're sorry for the inconvenience? It is a crime what they allow others to do in this game. Hackers know the company policies and easily dance around their so-called security measures. Their is no client to customer loyalty. Play this game and spend your money at extremely high risk.

IGG will not admit that screenshots provided reveal beyond any shadow of doubt that transfer of chips occurred despite r3corded verbal exchange between parties involved.

Review indicates all players can and should transfer chips as they see fit as posted rules no longer apply and reports of such shall be ignored.Dont report any violation to IGG .
