Terrible customer service

They told us we were under warranty, but then later said it was just a parts, not labor, warranty. Said it would be $300 just the replace the motherboard that prematurely fried. Very dissatisfied with their customer service.

Because no can answer my questions and I’ve only had my machine for 6 months used it for maybe 3 months and it’s been broken for 1 month!!

I turned it on one day and it didnt start thatsitI can not find a how else to restart the machine and when I can call on the weekend no one is available for help!

Phone call to cancel membership

The lady who took call was kind and proficient. She was able to solve my issue. She canceled my membership and informed me my money will be refunded.

IFit screen issue

I had 2 issues with IFit not starting, just getting a white screen. I called and reset it once and then I had to call back the next day with the same issue. The second time seemed to resolve the issue. Thank you!

I had a problem charging my heart rate monitor but I rubbed a little sand paper very lightly on the contacts and it did the trick.

Great I would like to see more withouts Hanna Edden I found her commentary to be very interesting which made the work out seem quicker

Your heart rate monitor junk

My second heart rate monitor wont take or show if its charging no led lights this is the second one I was charged for the first one was never delivered but you charged me for it and my second one stopped working after being plugged in for a month I

Because they charged me money and I've never signed up

Having trouble changing membership.

Customer Service Rep did not change our family membership to an individual membership as requested or as she stated. We are still unable to do this ourselves on your website.Not user-friendly. Still a pissed consumer.

Broken promises

All apps are locked on our bike. Account is paid for 10 more months. Multiple calls and transfers finally got me to a person who was supposed to call Wednesday but didnt then they made an appointment to call Thursday and didnt and now no one has called to repair the problem or set an appointment to try and fix whatever is causing the lock out

Trophy case

I completed the May fitness month challenge week by week. I competed all 6 weeks in order. Only week 1,2 5,6 show in my trophy case. The original challenge said if you completed each week at the end youd be eligible to purchase any shirt. I have called twice and nothing has been resolved. I would like to purchase the t shirt and have not received an email back regarding this

Can't use treadmill

My tablet in my treadmill updated on its own and when it did, it messed up. I tried calling to get in contact with customer service from January 2 up until January 4. I was finally able to reach someone and had to send in photos and videos of what my treadmill tablet was doing. I was approved to get a replacement console. The order for the replacement console was placed on January 4 but I got a confirmation for it for January 5. Here it is March 21 and I still don't have my console. Every time I have tried to call and speak to someone, I've been told to wait two or three more weeks and I stated before, this has been going on since January. on March 16, I received an email from a representative saying they notice I have been waiting an extended amount of time for a replacement consul and that they have a better solution. They are going to send me a replacement tablet and have someone come over and install it. I confirmed my address and I asked him how long would I have to wait for the tablet to be sent to me. He told me it would be sent out within the next couple of business days. Here it is almost a week later and I still don't have , any word of when the tablet will be here. They canceled my original order and placed another order for the tablet without consulting with me to see if that is something I wanted to do. Now I have to wait for who knows how long for this tablet. I feel like they canceled the one work order and placed a new one to reset their timing so it does not look as bad on their end for them. I would suggest anyone looking for a treadmill or any kind of equipment to seek other companies. I also forgot to mention I have been paying for an iFit membership that I have not been able to use since January. When I called to have it paused, and to get the credit back for the time that was wasted, while waiting on the part, I was given a hard time. It wasn't until after calling the third time I got someone on land in the United States to assist me with pausing the membership and giving me three added months. I've learned my lesson, and I will never purchase anything from this company ever again! If something happens to my treadmill again after I receive the tablet, I will sell it and just be done with it.
