Purchased via Walmart and NEVER got a response from IDLE when trying to return!!!!! MATTRESS was HORRIBLE ! Mattress fell apart in under 30 days.... I tried to return through Walmart whom I purchase

They will NOT RETURN or REFUND my money!!! I HATE this mattress and the quality is terrible. I am out my money and short a mattress

Mattress to firm...requesting complimentary mattress topper

Too firm requesting mattress topper...ordered a morally 10 inch full size MEDIUM gel memory foam mattress...comfortable cooling support bed in bag (box)

This bed has turned out to be nothing but a nightmare it has dips and divots and it's the most uncomfortable thing I've ever slept on! We've tried to contact the company but to no avail we paid extra

The the bed sags it has divots and it is very uncomfortable. We have purchased the extended warranty unfortunately we're not able to resolve any issues with the bed because there's no contact number or contacts for customer service. I wish I knew how to get a hold of someone if for no other reason than to resolve the issue we are having with the bed itself. Do not buy this bed

My mattress is coming apart.

I have tried every avenue to make contact. I've heard nothing back from Idle.

When you take a leap and pay this much for a mattress, it should not be coming apart. I decided to go for this mattress because of their promises and guarantees. However, you can't reach anybody. I don't know if they went out of business or what's going on, but I can't get a hold of anybody to help me, and pretty soon my warranty's going to be up, and I'm going to be screwed with a messed up mattress.

Way too soft

Body goes deeper day by day.a little Back pain started long ago. Suffering from very severe back neck and shoulder pain now. Sleeping on the floor from a couple of days

Well its day two and still no response from customer service. IDLE Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired !!!

Return of mattress

Mattress are Way to SOFT. The on line add said Medium firm, these are VERY Soft. When mattresses arrived May first week in May of this year it took over 24 hours for the mattresses to fill the covering and then they were very soft, we waited another 24 hours but they never firmed up. Wife has bad back and these mattress won't work at all. Please advise of how I can return them for a refund. Thank you. Danny Hart

Return of one mattress

I bought two mattress and really love one-for myself, my husband does not like the one for him ,so we returned one back to the Walmart store, we will keep the other one and be waiting for our refund Thank you and appreciate your Warrenty and care in this manner thank you and God Bless you all and America

Never received part of my order

I ordered a cal king mattress, a frame, full mattress and a full frame. I never received the full things and its been almost 2 years. I would like a full refund for the items I did not receive. This is absolutely ridiculous. Wish I could give a 0 stars.

Promised a $50 refund credit due to the box spring being damaged

I purchased an idle sleep mattress and box spring and the box spring came damaged and material was torn, to keep from sending it back i made it work and they promised to give me a $50 credit and I never received it. They do not keep their promises so please beware of this company!

Craig Schmeizer is a Crook

Have been trying to return a mattress for a while now. Idle Sleep Group will not respond to any phone calls, emails, or letters. The founder, Craig Schmeizer of 506 Sausalito Blvd, Sausalito, CA, 94965-****, will not respond either. He can be reached at his phone number, 415-407-****, but he seems to not care about customers at the moment. Anyone have any luck contacting the founder, Craig Schmeizer, at 415-407-****? Let me know.

Made my back worse

I can't reach the company about a defective mattress that now has me in need of physical therapy. We're still making payments on a mattress that isn't honoring their warranty/guarantee...and it's still under the 18 mos return period. They just ignore any correspondence.

Website states a mattress can be returned/refunded for any reason. Reality is that they claim they don't have mattress pick-up services and therefore will not refund mattress purchase.

Frontline customer service will be helpful, but whatever second step there is is where the help stops! Promises never kept for returning the mattress as guaranteed in their website and frontline representatives. I've worked on returning their mattress for 10 months with no full refund. I'm back at this battle 14 months later... mattress and delivery box in my small home all this time.
