Fingerprints for State Board of Pharmacy requirements

I showed up for my appointment in Corsicana and your representative didi not show up, Im told he/she had an accident. We were given a phone number to call , I called the number and their voicemail was full ?? I need an appointment soon , Im traveling to LA this week Next week will work fine Doug Ludeman 714-932-****

Ask to speak with someone in charge they transfer you then hang up. They have a call back number and refuse to call back!

I want to know if I can get a fingerprint card from identoGO? I did the background check and electronic fingerprints.

Failed fingerprints 3 times

Need to talk to a human. 361-815-****. Have had 3 sets of fingerprints. IDENTOGO can not get a "readable" set of prints because I am apparently "Old". I am trying to RENEW my permit to carry. PLEASE someone advise me. Have ANOTHER appointment on Wednesday July 26 Which will make 4 attempts and have already been told it probably won't work.

Horrible customer service

Had the pleasure of meeting the most rude representative who refused to see me for my appointment because I couldn't find parking. I would never recommend this place, but unfortunately it's a requirement for my job to get fingerprints. I tried to call customer service, but could not get through. This is completely unprofessional.

Complaint

The older woman working at the Lafayette, Louisiana is very racist and unprofessional. Had a 2:50 appointment and waited for an hour only to be told my birth Certificate wouldnt work. When ask for her name to call a complaint in, I was told you aint getting *** I feel the way this woman treated African Americans and Hispanics in there was horrible.

Very rude and unprofessional worker

Worker was very unprofessional and not helpful, after making an appointment for 2:50 and taking off work early to be met with this kind of service is unacceptable not to mention waiting an hour to be turned away and cussed out. Employee would not give me her and and proceeded to tell me I was not getting *** from her.

Terrible service

Fingerprinting issues

I payed for the fingerprints and was told to download it from the website but there were no fingerprints online I have to pay again to get the fingerprints the same fingerprints that I payed for already.

Horrible

Ive called five phone numbers and unable to talk to an actual person. Its been a month and I still have no results and no information. This is ridiculous if you pay for something you should have information after a month.

Scheduled Appt but no one was at office

My husband and I each had an appt for fingerprinting, but no one was at the office. Customer service was no help.

Bad customer service

I had an appointment at 10:10am I waited there until 10:50. They were calling people that had an appointment at 9:20am who were late . They are very un organized . Customer was not helpful I complained and asked what was the point of anyone making an appointment if you guys are calling people that were late for their appointments and not the people that came on time . Another employee heard my conversation with the other staff and screams well do you want to reschedule or get it done!! when I was not speaking to her , I was speaking to the male that had called my name for my appointment . I find it very unprofessional to disturb someones conversation when I wasnt even speaking to her nor did she called my name or said excuse me . Location was in Woodbury New Jersey

Horrible customer service.

By far the worse customer service ever experienced. My appointment was schedule for April 20,2023 at 3:20. I wasnt seen until 4:30. There were 2 unprofessional people working there and 7-9 people waiting to be helped. No manager or supervisor. I expressed my concerns and how disrespectful it was to overbook, the employees said whos fault do you think that is, its corps fault There was a young girl named simon working with a young white boy with orange/red hair. The girl was going through the list of names and when she got to my name she said, I even pronounce that so Im guessing its you. She points at me. (What she meant was my name seemed ethnic and I was the only one wearing a scarf there so she didnt bother saying it and point at me. She was uncomfortable doing my fingerprints so she had the young guy do them instead. On my way out she said, I hate you. The customers and I jaw dropped. I asked the girl next to me to share her contact information incase I decide to take any legal action. Another customer came in and she was speak to him about me. By far the worse service ever! I was not supposed to be charged again because it was a reprint since they declined my other ones. I was charged again. The woman working there obviously can’t do anything about that part but I PUT IN MY REPRINT CODE BEFORE MAKING THE APPOINTMENT LIKE I WAS SUPPOSED...

My appointment was at 5:10 I didn’t get acknowledged or start the process until 5:40. This company is a joke why would anyone trust them with OUR IDENTITIES.

This company is awful. Impossible to get ahold of anyone on the phone and they conveniently dont have an email. I had to get re-fingerprinted after leaving my school job for more than 6 months (stupid I know) so I made an appointment, left work early, drove 35 minutes to be told the machine had been down for days and nobody told us. After complaining to the person there they called another location first then sent me there. I drove an additional 25 minutes to realize they were never gonna get to me before they closed there were 4 people sitting in front of me. Theres nobody to complain to, no refunds no money off or anything. I drove about 100 miles that day. Made another appointment, the woman working was making multiple personal calls the whole time. Couldnt get my prints to work but eventually the machine let us submit them. Then I find out my prints were rejected! Ive wasted hours of pay on this stupid company. They also dont have any ink options only digital which seem to have serious issues. Machines are constantly down, cannot see my perfectly soft and smooth fingerprints. I mean seriously I could have just put marker on them and printed it onto a paper and my prints wouldve shown up. So Im sitting at my third appointment and whoever is working is also working the tax place it is in. Im now 15 minutes over my appointment time and I havent even been acknowledged yet. Why is this god awful useless company in charge of such an important task.
