Horrible experience

Scheduled me without enough time to do the service and I had to drive to a far location at a different date than I had initially planned for. No one is a professional medical staff member, there is no way to contact anyone. The services were very ineffective and extremely expensive. The entire company is a huge joke and I advise anyone to not even fall for the scam.

Nobody will return my calls

Calling numerous times trying to get a hold of someone to see if I had any units that I havent used and no one answers everytime. I go in for my appointment and there is no front desk receptionist and was told by the technicians that I have an outstanding balance for a membership that I never renewed in the first place and since there was no receptionist there, I could not get it removed and my procedure couldnt be done. So basically I wasted my time going in there and wasted my time even dealing with them. Even the technicians told me to call customer service because they said its stuff like this that makes it harder on them. I called customer service and the only thing he had to say was he could remove the charge for the membership that was it.. worst place ever. Dont waste your money

Never never stop at ideal image

Ideal image are pickpockets. 3 years paying membership without my authorization and when I asked to speak to a manager he ended my call. I decided to use the membership and paid for a treatment. they did not want to attend me anymore with my treatment

The app is problematic to say the least

The app or store changed the location of my service, and now I am being charged a late cancellation fee. I have been trying to get a hold of anyone to help with this issue, but I am getting the run around.

Ideal Image Botox services

At this point I just need someone to tell me what is it that they injected into my forehead. It was supposed to be botox. It never worked. After I complained, they gave me additional "10 complimentary units", that also produced no result. I am seriously worried what these people are injecting. Of course, they were saying it is somehow my fault: I've been doing it too long, I need more than I am getting... they tried to tell me all nonsense they usually try. These people should be in jail. What are they injecting???

No one ever called back

I am having a huge issue getting appointments at the only ideal image close to me. I called to figure it out and was told 4 times someone would call me- never happened. Its too expensive for this type of neglect of customers. The product is great- but if they keep canceling on me and unable to reschedule then Im the only one that loses

Cancellation of Services/ Refund for Fortiva

Hello, I have tried numerous times to get in contact with someone to cancel services. I received correspondence via text from an ideal image representative that stated she would process a refund. I spoke with a representative who stated that I was binded by contract and I requested to speak with her manager. No call has been received. I am not a candidate for services per my MD. I have RA and Lupus and per my MD I am not a candidate for cool sculpting as it will place me in the hospital. I can not receive services and Im okay with paying a portion but not the full amount for services I can not physically have. I have documentation with my preexisting diagnosis. I feel like I should not have received a message via text if a refund was not possible and to not get a call back from a manager is horrible customer service.

Oh, I was lied to about the treatment of ultherapy when I went in for the treatment I was told that they were not going to trade my full over face which was paid in full through Ally

During my initial consultation, I was told that I would be able to have a lower ultherapy treatment. When I got there to my appointment they were only going to do half of my lower face?! And then they wanted me to come in for another treatment for the same amount of money to finish up my lower face!? During my initial consultation, I was lied to, and apparently is all for a sale and to con me into the so-called special, program which is extremely misrepresented.

Refund of my payment - due to lack of service

Hi, I am so over your corporation's continuous poor customer service. I was just on hold for 28 minutes to speak with someone in corporate to air my complaint. So, now I will try to initiate my complaint and demand a refund of $5,551.00 on this portal. I entered into a contract with your firm on or about 11/3/2022. I paid my account in full on 01/2023. During this time I had one appointment for chin/neck. The machine malfunctioned and I was told the session did not count. I have since mid-November been trying to schedule appointments for services, only to get a notification that my appointment will need to be rescheduled. Here are some of the reasons from your Savannah office: sick staff, maternity leave and no help to replace her, overbooked, staff just called off, etc. The straw that broke the camel's back was this weekend. I had an appointment confirmed for Monday, May 1, and I was contracted to reschedule for Saturday, as they would not have staff on Monday after all. I scheduled for Saturday, April 29 for my 8:30 am appointment and drove 30 minutes to the site, to only get there and be told, that the technician called in sick. Once again, another canceled appointment. I'm done. There is nothing you can say or offer me at this point so please do not try. I have no confidence in your Savannah office, and I must insist that you refund my payment of $5,551.00 immediately. Thank you.

Red spots on inner thighs

I called the location to get a look at the spots and was told I need to give my credit card number for the visit. Nope, not doing it.

Service at the Albuquerque location was fair. I have had spots on my inner thighs now since approximately last year September 2022. I have lost a considerable amount of weight and I still have these red spots on my inner thighs. How do I get rid of it? I paid 8k for this bad service! Lesson learned

Extremely pissed

This company, are scammers, overly priced. The service in which I received, was extremely expensive. It was a birthday present, from myself personally. This was for restlyn for my cheeks. There were no visible results. The customer care, told me it did not take I am assuming this meant, my skin rejected the injections. I spent my savings I set aside for the procedure, which was approximately 1300.00. So very upset. They would not do anything about it, as I complained, and begged for them to make it right. I am a firm believer along with other friends of mine, that they also keep part of ur Botox syringes to keep for personal use/profit outside of the office. I also purchase botox for the forehead area, they did not give me the 45 units in which I insisted, that I needed. They talked me into 23 units, in which the lasted approximately 3 weeks. I was told they would last 3-4 months. I also bought a membership, and canceled it, do to them raising the prices of the units, in the middle of my membership, which in my option is a breach of contract on THEIR END.

Refund

I am expecting a refund due to a change in my medical status. I had to undergo treatment for breast cancer. I updated my medical information and the refund was approved but I have yet to receive it.

I had to include the bank that works with Ideal Image in order to get this resolved. I was made to sign documents that I would not talk negatively about Ideal Image or what happened

The bank ideal Image put me in touch with, paid ideal Image in full before receiving any service. Now ideal Image refuses to give me my refund of o er $1,000. I have filed a complaint with the Florida BBB and am in the process of filing notice with Florida Attrys General as well as consumer protection agency, etc. I have read many complaints that are like my situation.

Need resolution

Good evening:) Im writing in hopes to a better resolution and better customer service. I live in Essex Ontario Canada and go to the closest ideal image to me which is in Allen Park Michigan. I chose ideal image as I had heard glowing reviews! Even though I had to cross a land border and pay an exchange rate on my Canadian dollar which in turn makes the treatments more expensive for me. But I figured it was going to be worth it. When I had my consultation they had told me that it usually takes 7-8 treatments or so depending on the person. Depending on how dark the hair was ect which is why they had to look at me to know this. They sold me on the lifetime guarantee also but never mentioned a co pay. Just said touch ups are included with the lifetime guarantee. I started my laser treatments late in the year 2019. I had 3 treatments done on each area (under arm and bikini) and then COVID hits. The land border closed. I was unable to continue my treatments at no fault of my own. I called the Allen Park location and the receptionist told me that it was ok and that they would put a hold on my treatments. The border was closed for 2 years. It finally opened back up September 30 of 2022. I waited to make sure they werent going to close it again before I started up my treatments again. I called last week to book my appointment and the receptionist said she would have to talk to her boss to get approval. I kind of dont understand why it would need approvalbut none the less. I received a call saying that the boss I believe her name is Margaret approved only 2 more sessions per area. I had already completed 3 and these would be the last 2 of what I had paid for. I have a couple problems with this. 1. No one at any point had told me it was only 5 sessions. Especially when they told me it takes 7-8 treatments. They made No mention of how many. They just said depends. 2. Since I had only had 3 treatments and I was only mid way2 years later and hair has grown back consistently as if I never had any treatments at all! I shave just as much now as I ever had! So giving me only 2 more treatments isnt going to do anything for me! I paid 1700 or so for these treatments to only have to continue to shave?! How is this fair? They told me that I am able to use my lifetime guarantee and pay a 75.00 co pay fee per area if the last 2 sessions dont get me to being hairless. So 150 dollars for bothIm back at the beginning of when I sought out your services in the first place! Ill need to pay for at least 3-5 sessions at 150.00 and thats 450.00-750.00 more!!! Explain to me.how am I the one suffering the consequences financially of COVID interrupting my sessions?! I understand it isnt your fault either but some customer service is to be expected. These were extremely unexpected events that had happened during COVID that no one EVER would have thought would happen! I am very disappointed if this remains the end result. I understand this is a very unique situation we have here. Im sure there cant be many of us (your cross border clients) that you need to go out of your way to provide with a fair resolution. When I discussed my displeasure with the receptionist today and asked for a corporate contact they told me there was no one above their location manager. I am expecting some resolution and compensation in some way shape or form. I want to be able to continue to say to friends and family that ideal image is the place to go!
