In the titanium head shaver is there supposed to be a charging port

titanium head shaver arrived..in the package there is no port to charge the shaver..only a wire... is the port supposed to be included? I do not intend to pay for this question and if you insist please remember that social media/ FB, etc... is a great place to disseminate what your scam is... be advised

Not happy with purchase of compression socks

I ordered 2 pair of Copper Fit Energy Compression socks for my wife who is petite but when she tried to put them on she was unable to get them on. I tried to help but the "Easy ON Easy Off" were so tight that even when I tried to help there was nothing easy and no way to wear them. I would like to return for a refund. Product does not work adequately, cuts my skin

The micro touch titanium max trimmer, cuts my lip, my ear every where I put it. I cannot use it without getting cut.. I will send it back if need be.

I bought in good faith at a store and it was in a box never been opened. it does not work.

This does not work it does not even cut one hare anyplace. This is a rip-offno way and you are taking money for a piece of trash that does not work.DP NOT BUY!!!

Money taken from my bank account for something I never purchased

I had a charge on my bank statement from this company that I did not make . I called, the person I needed to speak to was working from home. They did not answer or return any calls or messages. Her name was Mary Ann. 2 days later and still no response from her or anyone else. If I call no human answers the message says they cant take my call.

Charged for a product I didn't order

I received a charge on my bank statement for a purchase I did not make. I have called many times and no one answers. I dont know what kind of company this is but there customer service person Mary Ann should be fired. No answer to calls or messages. Im reporting the company to the BBB and the Attorney General

HD Vision Visor doesn't work properly.

Vison Visors kept falling down when not in use. Also, the visors don't handle 100 degree weather very well. The plastic got soft and bendable.

When will I get my ordered things. They sent me email having shipped the material on 7/8/2022 through DHL but till to-day I have not received. I contacted customer service representative Stephanie she said I will get it by 7/19/2022. Thats a long time . Any way I will wait till 7/19/2022.

Still have not received product or phone call

Still no call still no product. Would like a status update !!! Placed the order. Never any response at any time of product being on back order. Did not know until I complain on here and finally got an email saying its on back. Still nothing. No update still. Am I getting the product ? Should I try yo cancel somehow?

Need order status

Cannot get thru on any phone number and they werent replying to my email. Finally got a response the item is on back order. They have all my contact information so no one could have let me know. Its ridiculous. They shouldnt still be advertising the product if they dont even have it in stock or at least let people know

My product stopped working right

My trimmer stop working right as I was grooming and also trimming the hair the trimer Started to quit cutting the hair right so I clean the product my brushing all the little hairs all out of the micro tats started it back up and it just wouldnt cut the hair and asking for a refund or replace the product thank you

Gloves

Good Morning. I believe that I am on my fifth pair of copper gloves. Have purchased from you as well as Amazon and have always been more than satisfied until my new pair. I follow instructions, hand wash, and air dry, unfortunately this pair has come apart at the thumb, left hand (I'm right handed) all the stitching has deteriorated. Thought you shouls be aware that there may be a problem with quality control. Respectfully, Kristine Bush
