I suscribed but I couldnt find the points I was looking for a person so I unsubscribed but your company is still charging me on my credit card. You dont have customer for 24 hours to confirm the cancellation. I had one charged but I have another, why if I unsubscribed.

Continues to withdraw money from my account even when my account was closed January 2021!!
My account was closed 1/2021, but they continue to withdraw $46.06 from my account!! When I called Lady #093 said my account was closed 1/2021 and the computer doesn't show any withdrawal! Sorry she couldn't help. She said I could send a screenshot from my account and email. Guess what, this is the only email address I found!!

I used your site for 1 lookup. I tried to cancel the next day. I paid the initial $9.95 I was also billed $38.95 which I paid. The next month I received another bill for #38.95 which I refuse to pay. You owe me a refund of $38.95 as I will not pay the new charge.
