He is a fraud. Makes money using scams. Buy your own followers for $30. He’s making thousands on innocent people. Stay away from anything he sells.

He is a fraud. He doesnt even own those cars he posts. Scam Artisits. Once you give him your money. He is rude and has no patience to talk to you. He is not a good business man. People who have money dont need to flaunt it and are humble. He is not humble.

Cody is a scam artist and fraud

The whole experience was completely fake, I feel naive but I was really just preyed upon. They promise you a huge following with real active followers but never deliver, they always just need another payment and then still dont make anything happen. Cody is a straight up con artist as is anyone who works for him. They finessed me into starting a premium Snapchat and set up a website for the payment processing and then did the payouts (always the incorrect amounts) and then after I wasnt receiving anymore DESPITE getting new subscribers and tips, Cody and Kevin kept sending me back to eachother saying the other one would have the answer. Finally Cody said there was only like $30 in my payout so did I really even want it? Also my Instagram was deleted three times because of their AWFUL direction and management. And then Kevina lunatic girlfriend Jany sent me an angry message basically defending her scam artist boyfriend and that if there was a problem with the money to take it up with my bank. Do NOT trust or waste a second of your time with these ***

Disappointing

They promise you followers and real interactions. When a package was paid for to get my instagram up and running, they unfollowed accounts I had followed for content reasons and some people they unfollowed actually followed me... which left them to unfollow me in the future. I kept track of this as they were managing my account in the beginning. I thought this was weird and just followed back the accounts I felt were necessary to follow. Thinking that this could just be an error or glitch in their system. However, as the months went on and them promising me followers, and not just followers but followers that could interact with my feed and what my profession/talent is... literally all my feed became filled with was moms, fitlife and what seemed to be people looking for validation. The type that doesn't say "follow for follow" but you can tell instantly thats what they are after. No one ever reached out to me - that icomeup got to follow me. so when I had reached out to a few people, no one was truly interested in what I was doing. Also noticed a lot of bots which I was not happy about because the price you pay for these services really shouldn't have so many bots... I addressed this concern to get a response that went something along the lines of this is just how our method is, it works I promise. One bot gets you more followers blah blah blah. So I waited this out, and yes I can say I got more followers. However, this is the plot twist. When the package was paid for, they ask you whats your demographic? I told them I wanted to have other artists, people based in the arts to follow me. I find that interaction should go two ways. I wanted more conversation, I wanted to work with other artists that I wasn't finding because of the algorithm. That is part of the reason these services were paid for. Not just to get my following up. I thought that was clear when the question was asked "whats your demographic". My entire feed was filled with mothers. Not to say my demographic couldn't be a mother, but literally in what I do I really have nothing to offer accounts that are only focused on motherhood, and mothers that are rather conservative. That also goes for people only focused on fit life. I specifically asked for people based around in the arts. Not one account I saw on my feed was artists. I had to unfollow some people because it was so annoying having to see a beautiful feed I created of artists before icomeup, unfollowed (when some of those people had followed me from the work I did previously to get these accounts to follow me.) and completely drowned out. I didn't get anything out of this besides a number at the top of my page and the number of likes underneath a picture. RIDICULOUS. there was no real interactions or connection between these accounts and mine. The company will probably say well this is your fault cause you don't know how to communicate.... But that isn't the case, I tried. It's the fact my demographic wasn't mothers and fit life people. I told them what my demographic was. I really felt that money was just taken and they threw someone at my account to "manage" it and they just did a lazy job. Never really cared or put in the work that it deserved. Not trying to be rude, but my account was better before icomeup. It's a great story that they built this thing from the ground up. I'm happy they have found success in this. And you know, i'm sure this has worked for other people. I can't say they haven't had their success stories. But unfortunately, my experience just wasn't one them. If you're an artist, I can't say I personally recommend them. My advice would be to spend your money on a PR and work your way up from there.

Bad experience

I am going to have to say this is probably the worst company I have ever worked with. Horrible experience, horrible guidance, it looks like these people don't know what they're doing! Screw them, I have kids and now I can literally not put food on the table after I have been over promised and horrible under deliveredverne

Questionable Billing Tactics

I have to say that the service is fantastic and that I personally did make money working with this company. However there was diminishing return so I eventually had to cancel my service. I want to make crystal clear that the work product and services for this company are fantastic. The billing practices of this company are nothing short of shameful. When you first land a deal with them, expect that whatever price you agree to with them to be marked up by approximately 8% without your approval. For example, if you agree to $2,000 of services youll notice your credit card was charged for $2,200. They claim this is for merchant fees, but this was not part of our discussion. This was very irritating for me, but to be honest I let it go and assumed it was because the closer wanted to close to get commission. Annoying, but not worth ruining a relationship. Also, if you want to cancel your services youre just better off cancelling your credit card altogether. I explicitly stated that I wanted to cancel my services and they charged my card anyway. It was very frustrating for me to see IG stories about sales milstestones for the company, meanwhile part of their sales Milestone was running my card without approval. They told me that theyd refund me for almost a month before I just gave up.

Not organic Whatsoever

Picked up a package through icomeup about a year and a half after I used their services. The first time around they did attempt to organically follow/unfollow users for me, but it slowly started fading as algorithms changed, to the point where I was charged for multiple months without any real service or communication on my page. Second go round was with a similar promise of organic growth as well as coaching which I really wasn't interested in. After naively trying icomeup again I purchased their smallest current package offering. After a few days I hadn't had much communication. I started reading more and more about the poor services the company had been providing and was alarmed with the negative impact the service actually creating on accounts. I pulled the plug, took the loss and was contacted by multiple people as to why I left so quickly after paying. Flash forward nearly 3 weeks after I cancelled and boom, 100s of fake accounts followed my page within an hour...when you look at these accounts nearly all have one post and that post was within 24 hours. Meaning, iComeUp just paid for/created fake accounts to make it seem as if they are growing your page. Absolutely not organic or beneficial at all! Dont be fooled by this company and their offerings, it will truly do you more harm than good for your page.

I had a positive experience!

So I was actually alerted to this site after I had already been working with icomeup for a few months and was really surprised. My account manager Sergio taught me SO MUCH about social media, ads, engaging with DMS etc. It was a lot of time commitment from myself to go along with all the content and increased engagement recommendations their team made but it was worth it. I think people have to manage their expectations when they work with any social media management / engagement company and I was just pleased to see that everything was done by the book as per Instagram rules. Sergio was so beyond helpful - 2am texts, helping me even after the contract ended, etc. that I asked him if there was somewhere I could leave a positive review of them because I was very impressed. Hopefully others will have good experiences as I did.

Great Guidance From The Team

I got started on an iComeUp social media package knowing exactly what was expected. The help and tips the team gives me enhance my business regularly. I'm no expert yet, but they answer my questions/concerns promptly. One thing that I understand is that I personally have to be present on the platforms we utilize. Nobody can automate my personality and is able to connect with other quite like me. Social media is great for connecting with new people you may not be right in front of, and relationships should be taken offline into the real world. Thanks to the iComeUp team for all your help/guidance.

IComeUp is a Scam

iComeUp is a fraudulent "company," with the solely purpose to scam customers and attain as much money without providing any value to their customers. First of all the services provided by iComeUp, are not as stated on the so called package details, an example of this are the supposed organic followers, which indeed are FAKE followers causing for Instagram to review your account and potentially deleting it.Then we have the messaging service, which they sell it as a way to outreach, they do a generic message with no prior knowledge and purpose, and it is sent inconsistently resulting in ZERO results. To continue, the package states analytic reports, consultations, and content creation, which none of this was delivered. Apart from not providing the services stated and the services that were offer were very poor quality, the owner-Cody Kerns has the courage to mistreat, commit fraud, and emotionally abuse his customers. Cody process payments without customers authorization and without an actual cause, meaning that payments are being process whenever he feels like it and then when you point this issue to him, he disregards the facts and makes offensive remarks, resulting in not refunding the money that was taken without authorization. Cody does not value his customers nor his employees, the same way he is treating his customers is the same way he is treating his employees. This "company" is a FRAUD.

TERRIBLE PEOPLE

I was sold on the idea of "organic engagement" and a "dedicated account manager," and that the account would grow. Little did I know that the account following DID grow, but my professional business account was now following, cold-pitching through direct messages, and interacting with random people online. My professional account was flagged as spam due to these messages, and my instagram now was littered with pictures of half-naked women, people I've never met, and conversations that were absolutely not the conversations I needed to have as a professional. My "account manager" took the liberty to continue these engagements after asking to stop, the following and engagement dropped significantly (many of them were bots), I had to re-authenticate my account (since it was flagged as spam), and they didn't even complete their services before they went completely quiet! I couldn't contact anybody! Not to mention they auto-charged my account another $2,000 randomly one day just for the heck of it. You DEFINITELY need to stay away from these guys. Cody Kerns and his team are borderline criminal and will be a dagger to your business and social media presence.

Cody Kerns & icomeup is fake

Fake followers. Fraudulent business. Makes himself look like a hot shot by taking a loan out on a lambo and doing content with Elaina Cardone — but this company is a fraud. It’s all just a facade. They aren’t doing marketing. Just buying you garbage followers that you get stuck with ruining your instagram forever. Stay away!
