I am from Australia and started opening NRI account as per their instructions. It took me over 1-1/2 months to open an account. One of their requirements is that I need to transfer money via wire transfer or one of their other options. I was struggling to get that done and I tried multiple times to contact them bit no one bothered to contact me back. My account has been frozen and my home loan instalment was bounced because of that reason. It's nearly 3 months now and still waiting. WORST EXPERIENCE AND WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE ICICI BANK ESPECIALLY FROM AUSTRALIA.

Wrong tranction

I kapil Rastogi, saving bank holder in icici bank branch sector 18 noida. On 6th feb 2023 due to name confusion, mistakenly I have made a wrong transaction of Amounts Rs44000/-. Instead of sending money to account no[protected] in favour of Surbhi Rastogi, I have sent the money to A/c no. [protected] of My Subh Yatra

Horrible Service

I had requested an instant loan from the app on 30.05.2023 which did not go through. I then went to the bank 31.05.2023 and the rep. Amol Bagul @ ICICI Waghbil branch said that he has processed a new application & we would receive the money by 2pm the following day i.e. 1st Jun23. As I did not receive the amount I called him back & he said that the loan is in progress and the interest rate has now changed from 11.25% to 12.25%. I needed the money urgently hence I agreed to it. He then sent me a link for loan disbursal at 5:21PM & asked me to click the link, verify the Aadhar & said that the amount would be disbursed in 2-4hrs. I kept checking however I received nothing. This morning 2nd Jun23 when I called Amol at 9:10AM, he said that the systems will start only at 9:30AM & he can give me any information then. I received no amount. I reached the bank and Amol was not available. The manager at the branch Vishnu Gali was rude & did not know how to speak. He started speaking cutting me off everytime I tried explaining how incompetent his staff was. He first said that the loan amount was supposed to be disbursed by 12pm today and then went on to say that he assumed that the loan was disbursed yesterday as his associate Amol told him so. Lies, lies and more lies. The phone banking people were also called in the morning who were equally rude and said "You people called us", they too had no clue when the loan amount would be disbursed. NO LOAN STILL.
