Not happy with my artwork. Would like refund

Quality of the work disappointing. I have an art work that I purchased from I Canvas over a year ago named El Jaleo by John Singer Sargent and have been very happy with it Order # 299****

Customer service

I am trying to receive a refund for my return but keep receiving emails requesting my credit card number which was charged for the prints. The last email said I have only 5 days to respond. Since I gave the order number when I requested my return labels, I do not feel comfortable just texting my card number. Two UPS labels were sent for the returns. I packaged in the original cartons, took pictures of what was being returned and UPS assured me that they were delivered to Icanvas. I fail to see the problem with processing my refund. I am either being scammed or very poor customer service!

Damaged products

I have notified icanvas more then 4 times regarding canvas picture I am greatly disappointed in your service the pictures you have sent are terrible they are not on the boarders sloppy in the corners and torn in middle possibly during transport however Ive left that message 4 times now and I keep getting pictures worst every time Ive sent photos you would think by now customer would adhere to my concerns and recommendations take time to review what youre sending and adjust accordingly makes no sense and waste of time and effort Id like a refund if you just continue to send damage pictures

I have been dealing with one your customer services rep's "Dave" about returning a damage picture and it's replacement, which arrived yesterday, but he has ghosted me for the last few days. I want to obtain the return labels, as I don't want the pictures anymore.

Defective painting frame

I already texted with Joshua about the defective picture frame therefore affecting the canvas. I sent him pictures of the box and the picture and frame to Joshua@***.com. I havent heard from him about a resolution. What is going on? Joe Abramo

Damaged product

When UPS delivered item one end of boa was open. The side of box was caved in resulting in stretching the canvas picture

Return

They have not returned my emails or calls. I need to return my canvases and get a refund. If you call them they tell you to email them.

Very hard to communicate with customer service

Somebody screwed up with the address. Im not quite sure whos at fault. But they sure made it sound like it was my fault when it went to the address of my vacant home that burn down on Christmas Day.

About my purchase

My canvas picture has a defect. A scratch above the womens head. It is a Christmas gift to my daughter and I would like to know when or if I will receive another picture

I have not heard anything about the order that was sent to me with wrong color frame.

This is so frustrating. You sent me my picture with the wrong color frame and I want to send it back. I have not gotten a response on how to send it back.
