Not going to pay to get tech support.
Can't open my ibotta app. Says refresh, and then something about troubleshooting and try again in a few seconds. Thischas been 4 days ago. Couldn't open the app, so I Uninstalled, shut down my phone, reopened the app. and I'm able to get into my app now. I'm not paying $1.00 to get tech support. I like the app. I've gotten some good coupons with it!!

Cannot reach somebody to speak to someone so that I can get my rebate.
I have sent numerous emails and have not received a response. I sent copies of my receipt and barcodes. Its impossible to work with them on the computer. I want to speak with a live person. I called the number and could not get through. Please help

Rewards taken away
I am trying to delete my account since my rewards where taken away due to inactivity. I have been working at Kroger for 5 years and this is the only rewards program I know of that takes rewards back. That's not acceptable to me and there is no point it having to app on my phone if this is how it works. Please email me at Annie.rhodes764@***.com when the account has been deleted so I can un-install the app. Thank you.

Chime went awesome but after I submitted my card info to ibotta they said something went wrong and I can't reach them to have them fix it.

The person who helped me was great. I couldn't get my chime bank card registered for ibotta and needed my account number and roughing number so she helped me find it. Once I got it I thanked her for helping me. She did awesome and I got everything I needed. I had no purchases only needing information for ibotta to pay my money to my chime card.

I bought Homebake main course, side and veggie. Ibota credited me for 3 mains. That was incorrect. Because of this oversight on my part and yours, I didn't get my $5 bonus. I would like this corrected please. P. S. I love Ibota !

I can't withdraw my earnings
I've been trying to withdraw my earnings for a several weeks now & I've contacted them via email and still haven't heard anything back. When I check my submited ticket on the site with the problem I'm having, it says my problems already been solved.. and I haven't heard form ANYONE. I've called their corporate office & have yet to hear anything. PLEASE PLEASE, TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

There's a problem with my Ibotta
I didn't get my rewards for the beginning. I submit two receipts for Walmart. You unable to speak to someone or the help service is not helping. I connected my credit card. And now I'm having problems with my card not receiving my payment. This is a inconvenience for me. Then Humana is asking me questions to click on and I did not ask for that.
