We returned an item over a month ago, and would like to check the status on it
It appears there is no one (human) to actually discuss the status of our returned item. There was a point when we did talk to somebody when we ordered it, but now it appears there is no way at all to get a hold of anyone. We have emailed inlays, as we were instructed to do, and we just get the same reply so I believe its just an automated response, very poor customer service! The fact we have to go through this website is proof of the pudding! Are you part of iboats?!

No refund after 40 days!
Returned a part, recieved a RA, did EXACTLY! what the directions said. Sent back with tracked mail. No refund 40 days later. Emailed "Max" 3 times, still no response. Absolute rubbish! Will be contacting BBB for what it is worth. I don't understand how they keep getting business with the reviews they have. Wish I would have read them a bit more.

This company does not accept phone calls . I have had a return part for over 6 days now . They sent an email stating that they will be in touch 1-3 days. First off they sent the wrong part second impossible to contact them and talk with some one .. a very much over priced . Do not use these clowns.

I ordered Wise Pontoon seating group for $1,706.55 on 4-10-21. Oct. 2021, I was told by Amy that 2 items were on backorder. We can't send until we have all pieces in stock. Waited, waited and waited again... NOTHING. Then, contact Iboat again on June 29, 2022. In contact with Shellie. First, I was told 2 items are still on backorder. Then, she said she was going to contact warehouse to see what's the holdup. Next message, I was told they delivered and I refused the order. So, now I refused an order that I have been waiting on for over a year and there is a pontoon eating grass in the backyard while waiting on seating group so I can sell it! Last message, same day, on June 29. 2022 from Shellie was... After a bit of research, we won't be able to reship these out as they only have some of the items in stock. I've submitted a full refund of $1,706.55 to your account and I want to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. IT'S NOW JAN. 3, 2023---NO REFUND HAS BEEN MADE!!! AND THE BEST PART ABOUT THIS IS... WHILE DEALING WITH THIS BS WITH IBOAT, I HAD TO BECOME FULL-TIME CAREGIVER FOR MY 97 YEAR OLD MOM. DOC TOLD US THAT SHE HAD VERY AGGRESSIVE ACUTE MYELOID LEUKEMIA AND GAVE HER 2 MONTHS. SHE HAS SINCE PASSED. I want my money, I need my money!!! Seating group was needed to sell pontoon. Still can't sell pontoon, Iboats has had my money since 4/10/21. I am so very tired of dealing with this sorry company! $1,706,55!!! What is the word for BEYOND PISSED!!! Now they won't contact me via email or phone! I want my money and interest for my money they used for a year and 9 months!!!

I called shortly after I ordered because of a possible voucher. That question they answered. Then I asked if the final price shown on completion of my order was in U.S. or Canadian dollars as that is where the order is being shipped. The screen did not show the funds to be U.S. or Canadian and his answer was he did not know and has never been asked that question before. I just would like to know, being from Canada and buying U.S. the final price of the item being shipped as some companies have that shown on the final order screen whether the dollar value has been adjusted to Canadian dollars for a Canada order. Thank You.

Purchased new prop received used prop. Their mistake and they put the return burden on you expense and time waiting for approval etc.. no response to emails terrible customer service

Terrible site - horrible service
I paid $474 for a boat cooler swing back seat 6/28/2020 and have sent three email and called 5 times without ever getting a response of talking to a person after holding for 45 minutes during business hours. DO NOT order from this place. Never received anything in response to my inquiries. No update on shipping or the order in general. Asked for cancellation of order and $$$ back and no response.

I have been ripped off by BOAT ID
I ordered a Power Pedestal from BOT ID. The rep assured me, the pedestal i was buying would be the right one for my boat, IT WAS NOT. Now, there is no option for a refund on their website. They are wanting me to take pictures of the wrong item they sent, and the base that it goes into. I was promised a call back, and I return label, I never received either. I guess I am another one of their victims...SLIMY COMPANY
