My card has been locked
I ran out of gas Saturday try to use my card and it was locked nobody could help me there's no way I was able to get my vehicle home until today now it's saying that someone used my card or it's something withdrawal $19 or something change what's going on

Deposit
We been with them for 17yrs never had a problem with them until this past week my wife made a deposit for me. When I checked our account it the deposit amount was wrong they said they have cameras on the teller they had to wait for corporate to review and stuck by the teller she had to go the drive up to get the deposit then go to the teller station do they have cameras on every inch or they hidden spots were the teller can not be observed. All the bills I paid over the weekend was let go though and now the overdraft are put on I had no overdraft in a couple of years I'm going to leave this bank and go to another bank closer to my home and don't have to fight traffic and red lights. I was loyal to to them for 17yrs not now

They withdrew money from my account to cover another person's OD checks
They were covering someone's hot checks with my account for 6 months. MARTY CHARLES in the main mcallen Bank refused to approve a reversal so I lost hundreds of dollars to a complete stranger. Rosie Ramirez from the same location talks over you while you're speaking and is patronizing every time I speak with her. I'm relieved i switched toNavy Army Credit Union! It's day vs night!!

Cashapp blocked
As this bank doesn't really support transfers to other banks online I opened two cashapp accounts to transfer money to another bankaccount I hold at another bank. After first try the automated fraud detection system called me and after verifying it was me they left my bank account open. But the transaction failed. About 2 hours later I tried again with a lower amount, again the transaction failed, but this time I wasn't called by the fraud prevention line. But why do the withdrawals appear double??

Port Isabel branch does not care about wasting customers time. Had to close my account after 20 years
Wanted to deposit a check of 75 dollars but the Port Isabel branch was insistent on wasting my time. The deposit slip was filled out, the check was ready to deposit and I left it on the counter and told the teller it was their. I went to Whataburger for lunch and the branch manager called me and said I had to go back to the bank because they could not do the deposit that way.
