Very poor. Scammer
We booked our plane ticket with hutchgo. But after getting our money , the company cancelled our flight and never gave back our payment. The passenger is my grandfather, 79 years old. Almost got a heart attack because of the incident. Someone has to do something to stop this travel agency from targeting senior citizens.

For your protection , I advised you not to book your travel with hutchgo. . This company is targeting on senior citizens. After they get the payment , no booking will be given . Please for your own sake, do not deal with this travel agency.

Hutchgo should not be rated with stars
We paid Hutchgo travel agency for our flight to Manila. After they got the money, they did not issue us the plane ticket. No refund was made. Anyone who will use this company most probably will be in a big problem. Just read the reviews for you to understand.

Flight cancelled without Notice to Passenger
Good day! My grandfather, who is a senior citizen, age 76 years old, booked from your site going to US, round trip ticket. But when he is about to return back, his return ticket was cancelled by the airline and the airline saying you cancelled it. We have to buy another ticket for his return. Imagine the chaos and hassles and emotional damage you have brought to my grandfather that time. He is too old to encounter such problems from you. He choose your site because he trust Hutchgo and was a repeat customer for how many years. How can you resolve this issue? We already paid you for a roundtrip ticket and the you cancelled it and asked him to buy his return ticket for the much higher price. Why? My grandpa is too old for this and his only income is his pension. What can you do about this? Can we please ask for the return ticket expenses reimbursement to ease the emotional damage you have brought to him. Hoping for your kind and immediate response regarding this matter. I was offloaded by the Philippine immigration last feb 20, 23 and March 18, 2023 with booking ref no. 135160****49692 and 135160****88948 This both ticket booking I was able to use. I want my refund for this. I was not able to contact you guys when I was offloaded because I did not know how to call from Philipinesd to HK. I was really just hoping to get my refund since it was not my fault that I was not able to get onboard in the said time.

Tried to check in online to check if the ticket number is working or no. Guess what? It's not working. Don't ever book even if it is cheap. THIS COMPANY IS A BIG SCAM!

No Booking Reference. No reply on email and no answering my call
I booked a flight at hutchgo.com today, April 29, 2023 from Manila to Bacolod City, after payment successful and deducted on my debit card, I did not receive any confirmation of my booking. I tried to email my concern on cs.ph@***.com and even called the customer hotline in HK but no answer. I already spoke with Philippine Airlines customer service and they told me that my booking was automatically cancelled due to not ticketed. I was already charged on this booking through debit card.

Port of Origin in Germany was in chaotic situation scheduled flight today was being cancelled. I am requesting that my flight from manila-bohol tomorrow April 22,2023 will be cancelled and refunded. I need to know why I couldnt check in. The last time I talked to them via email, they dont allow me to rebook or change my flight details. Now I cant even check in and Im leaving in 24hrs!

Bad and scary experience
Hi I have booked via hutch go travel agent Attached are the documents i have received before, to fly via british airways at 830 am on 25th feb 2023 from london to frankfurt However due to the delay of the flight from singapore to london, i've received an email to change flight to lufthansa airlines at 930 instead However, the airlines desk said that we were not given e ticket number by the travel agent and by the airlines.. so we are forbidden from flying and they unable to give us new boarding pass I have to contact HutchGo company and airlines. However i called HutchGo so many times for 1 hour but they are busy. I also did call Qantas n lufthansa but they ask to call HutchGo. I have to use roaming phone and expensive bill through my phone We went to terminal 2 and 3 to settle this however they said we only can solve this issue by buying new tickets or call HutchGo (which ive called multiple times with no answer) I buy new tickets at 2 pm via british airways for 4 of us to frankfurt and it is COST £862.72 for 4 persons I have emailed hutch go but they replied on 2nd march but this is their reply.. so irresponsible! 'The flight booking was under the airline's control and they should send you the new ticket numbers directly. In addition, our office hours are from 9am to 7pm (Mon to Sat). We were unable to take your call after the office hours. For any urgent request, customer should contact the Airlines directly' So who will refund the money?
