Non- existent customer service

Online help is incompetent. Human customer service is NON- existent. Impossible to get parts OR someone to help. One year old hedge trimmer used less than half an hour leaks fuel profusely, fuel tank part is unavailable and it's IMPOSSIBLE to contact anyone at Poulon/Husquevarna to help. Local "authorized" dealer had no better luck. $200 piece of trash.

Simple question on MZ 61 mower

I am looking at getting an XL Cyclone Leaf rake. Their info says the "mulch feature" needs to be disengaged on all mowers when using their rakes. How do I disengage the mulch feature on our MZ 61 zero turn mower? Is that the same thing as just stopping the blades? There is NO ONE is available through your website chat/help feature. NO ONE is available by phone. Really hoping to get an answer soon. Thank you.

Can’t speak to anyone

Product arrived, went to register, there is no serial number listed. Tried the live chat option, and was informed I need the serial number to register. I explained I understood that but thats why Im reaching out, as I have no serial number. Explained I ordered online, she asked for the serial number of the receipt or off the box. Product came fully assembled, no box, no receipt. Just the manual and the form to register it via QR code. Checked my email from where I purchased and it just has the basic info. Still unable to register my product or find my serial number, and still no way to speak to an actual customer service representative.

Serious promlems with parts shear and or falling off of mower

Original review Jul 18, 2023
When I purchased my mower within 2 weeks the wheel came off. I called many husqvarna authorized service places. A wheel for my mower was back ordered for months. I am a landscaper and cannot afford to be without my mower. I had to drive to another state to get a wheel in a reasonable amount of time. In the last year since purchasing my mower. A hanger for the mower deck sheared off. The belt tension spring broke. A solenoid used for starting the mower went. and now another wheel has come off the mower also damaging the hub this time. This time the wheel is back ordered until September. I will be out of business before then. I own many of Husqvarna landscaping products. The older equipment always ran great every piece of newer equipment I have is having issues. I am a small residential landscaper. I take care of my equipment and my properties are easy terrain. I am so disappointed. It is incredibly stressful to have so many problems with my equipment. I don't even know what to do at this point. Why in a years time you have not fixed their supply issues is beyond me. At this point as was the case last year. It would do me no good to take my MZ54 to a husqvarna service center because they cant get the parts.

Customer service doesn't exist

Zero-radius turn 3-months old lawn mower acting up. Forget the phone, impossible to get anywhere, no customer service. They claim you can chat with a live person online - not true. I tried and never got anyone responding. I should have bought John Deere.

Need customer support and this is where it brought me when I called

Chainsaw gear broke and it wasnt even running. It was barely used and doesnt match quality with amount spent. Am a strong advocate for this company but Am greatly disappointed with this recent breaking of equipment. I am still under warranty dates and either would like product repaired or a full reimbursement.

I called because my 1yr old weed eater fell apart in my hands

There is only 1 small screw in plastic holding the drive shaft to the motor. I only use this for my home to weed eat and edge. This small screw will not hold the equipment together. It appears that there is another spot for a screw but it is missing.

Warranty on mower deck

I bought an MZ54 mower in April 2021 and have had nothing but issues with it. Last year that was a bolt that sheared off in the drive shaft and this year there is a crack in my mower deck that I brought to the warranty department and they denied the claim to replace the deck. The claim number is 230511-****62. I bought this mower because of the supposed lifetime deck. I am very disappointed in this product. I hope you can help

Zero turn

I bought a zero turn mower for over $3,000 in July of 2021. About the end of August our next door neighbor noticed that it was running funny by rubbing up and slowing down and rubbing up and slowing down but we did not know that that was not how it was supposed to run because it had ran that way from the beginning. He adjusted the handlebars but it didn't do any good. It was the end of the season next spring when we started mowing it was still acting up so I took it to be serviced. I told them what it was doing and they serviced it change the oil sharpen the blades did all the normal blah blah blah stuff but did not work on it because they were not a Husqvarna dealer and it was still under warranty. They referred me to a Husqvarna repair shop and they worked on it and kept it for 60 days about. Upon its return the behavior continued and got worse. We took it back again. We got it back again now it's the end of the season of 2022. Spring of 2023 it is still acting up of course so we take it back to the shop. They keep it for a few weeks. It is still not fixed. It is there again for the past two weeks. I have contacted Husqvarna they told me to return it to Lowe's. Lowe's told me they couldn't take it back because I didn't buy the Lowe's warranty. It is still under warranty and I am angry because I spent over $3,000 for lawn mower that has spent more time in the shop than it has mowing my lawn and I have 20 acres that need to be taken care of and I need a new mower!

Resolved: Unsatisfactory response from Husqvarna (techs) with a faulty product from factory.

Updated by user May 01, 2023

Husqvarna did not fix the issue; the place we purchased it from gave us a full refund on the faulty mower.

Well Lowes was a stand-out, when I approached them on 04/28 and explained our situation they said they would refund us the full purchase price so we could buy another (same brand or different brand) mower. We were allowed to start the two TS 248XD stock they had on hand...

Original review Apr 28, 2023
We purchased a TS 248XD mower at Lowes on 04/13. It was delivered on 04/15. Our first mow with it and there is a continuous whine (alarm) sound from the transmission. We contacted tech support via chat and a fault with the transmission was diagnosed on 04/18 or 04/19. The Hour meter is @1.8hrs, 45min of which is our use. Husqvarna tech support can't fix it, they told us to take it to a service agent. Not Lowes. We delivered it to the service agent 04/22, they had never seen this problem before, they can't fix it. They contacted Husqvarna techs and had to send video for the them to see for themselves. They still can't fix it. Husqvarna decides the transmission needs replacing. They don't have one in stock. They can't say or confirm when the delivery of a transmission will even be. This is a $4,133 mower!! We should be given a replacement as it was FAULTY FROM FACTORY. We are disgusted and extremely disappointed with this service.
