Glad I didn’t get scammed
The guy running this place is a scammer if Ive ever seen. Glad I paid with PayPal and they noticed what was going on. After 3 days I noticed I still havent received an order confirmation from the vendor. I called and called but all you get is a *** voicemail thats full. I emailed and submitted directly through the website and still only got Yes Ill look into this this afternoon. Never heard anything. I submitted my suspicions of being scammed to pay pal and withing 20 min I had my refund without contacting the seller. That was when I knew it was definitely a scam. Steer far away from this sad excuse for a business.

Tony told me he was going to build me a wind turbine grid tie invertor. Paid extra from the rest of the order, never have received the invertor. I have called and talked to him many times, nothing is true what he tells you. Lost about 250.00

THIS COMPANY TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER SHIPPED THE TURBINE
I ORDERED ON JAN 4 AND A WEEK LATER RECIEVED A CONTROLLER PMA AND RESISTORS. SAID WAS HAVING THE TURBINE MADE UP AND WOULD BE 2 WEEKS. HERE WE ARE OVER A MONTH LATER AND I GET AN EMAIL SAYING THE UNBOX VIDEO I PUT ON YOUTUBE NEEDED TO BE TAKEN DOWN OR HE WOULD NOT SHIP. IT CAME IN WITH BARE WIRES AND WET PAINT SO OFCOURSE I WASNT HAPPY. THREATENED TO SUE ME AND ALL THAT. THEN I GOT AN EMAIL SAYING I HIT THE LIKE BUTTON ON MISSOURI WIND AND SOLARS SITE AND REFUSED TO SEND MY ORDER. I PAID OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS WHAT THE HECK. SOME HOW HES MONITORING MISSOURI WIND AND SOLARS VIDEOS OR SOMETHING. HE TOTALLY BASHED MISSOURI WIND AND SOLAR AND THINKS THEY PAID ME TO LEAVE A REVIEW. IF YOUVE BEEN RIPPED OF BY TONY CALL THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE IMMEDIATELY. CHECK GOOGLE AND YOULL SEE ALL KINDS OF REVIEWS LABELED FRAUD SCAM THEFT LIAR ETC. I DIDNT SEE ANYTHING BAD ON YOUTUBE SO DIDNT THINK TO CHECK GOOGLE. I SEE WHY NOW IF YOU LEAVE A YOUTUBE VIDEO THAT HE DONT LIKE HE THREATENS TO SUE. Once again Tony of Hurricane Wind Power went above the call of duty. I was having a problem with my equipment that I should have know how to solve but didn't. He patiently went through what I had done and then went through all the steps that would fix my problem. When I still did not understand he spent the time with me to walk me through each step as I did it. It could have taken me hours to figure it out, instead with his help it was fixed in about 20 minutes. Working like a champ again. Update 3/22/18 I called our credit card company on the 19th and they credited our account for the $580. Today I called the credit card company again to see if Tony had issued a refund and they said he had done it on the 21st. As frustrating as this has been I feel that...

We ordered a controller from Tony through eBay that was to be sent UPS to our rural address in Hawaii (charged us $40 for shipping). They ended up sending it USPS which is not deliverable to our rural address. The item was being returned to sender according to the tracking. I emailed Tony 4 times and finally got his phone number from eBay. He said he would take care of it and then a week later after two more unanswered phone calls and still nothing being shipped to us I filed a claim for a refund through eBay. Tony disputed the claim and eBay sided with him! When I spoke to the agent from eBay he said he could clearly see their error in shipping the wrong way, but they still denied our claim. Unbelievable! We clearly had not received our $540 item and he disputed the claim and won. We then called our credit card company to dispute the claim with them and are still waiting to hear from them after their investigation. Meanwhile my husband called Tony from his phone (since he wasn’t answering calls from mine) and Tony told him they would do the refund. Still haven’t seen it yet. We did a negative review on eBay which eBay removed (wonder if they remove all negative feedback)? We will never do business with ebay or Tony again.

Scam Theft Liar
Tony was provided with money for large purchase of batteries and components. He never provided any proof that he ever placed the order. He openly admitted that he had used my money to "reinvest" in his company and did not have it to refund me. Tony was argumentative and refused to refund my money. It took 4 month before I received half of my damaged order. And only when I threatened to take him to court did he even begin to process my order. I'm still without half of my purchase and NO word from Tony regarding when/if I will ever receive them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TONY. SCAM ARTIST. HORRIBLE BUSINESS.

I'M LOOKING ELSEWHERE NOW
I've been searching the market for wind solutions for our home in Boone, NC. After reading all these negative reviews, I'll spend my money somewhere else. Why take a chance with my family's money.

Not Satisfied. Defective Product.
I purchased a Hurricane 450 XP In mid December. 8 days later the charge controller and dump load arrived. I was super excited that it arrived so fast. I assumed the Wind turbine would arrive within a day or two. It did not. I was told upon purchase that I would receive Tracking info. I did not. When the turbine did not arrive within a few days of the controller and dump load I emailed tony for tracking. He did not respond. After a week I emailed again. He finally responded and said the turbine got rained on and had to be re packaged and was sent at a later date. Also said he would send me the tracking. He did not. Move forward 2 more weeks and still no turbine. After more emails and phone calls a turbine did finally arrive over a month after purchase. 3 of the blades were broken. The housing of the generator had numerous small pieces broken and chipped off. The broken areas had fresh paint over them. The rotor shaft was so bent that the generator will not rotate unless you put a large wrench on it. The slip ring inside is broken. There was also rust on the outer casing of the PMG. I didn't get any paperwork or instructions, Didn't even get a receipt. I emailed tony and expressed to him that I believed that they sent me a used and defective wind generator. He assured me sarcastically that they would not send a used turbine. According to what I was looking at, I wasn't too sure. He says that it must have been damaged during shipping. I can tell you that there is no way that a rotor shaft that short and that big could not have been damaged during shipping without catastrophic damage to the turbine. He then tells me that he will take care of me and file a damage claim with UPS. 12 days later and no update on the damage claim. I emailed and asked for an update. 2 days go by, no response. I just emailed again today, Still no reply. I paid $100 just for shipping alone. Whether damaged before shipping or during, it is not my problem. Tony has an obligation to make sure I receive the product I ordered in a working fashion. He needs to send me a new product while he waits for an insurance claim. I included some photos and a video. You can see that i have to use an impact wrench to turn the generator. Tony seemed a little upset that i disassembled the turbine to diagnose the problem myself. Normally that is not something that i would do. Considering the lack of communication and the availability to get any answers or resolution from this company I felt like I had no choice but to try to fix/repair myself. From my initial experience I assumed that there was no way this would be resolved or if it was resolved it would take months considering the timeframe trend I have seen so far with these guys. I'm not one to complain much and a I am always willing to resolve an issue. I had high hopes for this product and this company. My confidence in this particular company company is diminished. I don't even want a refund. I just want a working product!!!!!!

I recently posted a complaint with you about an order placed to Hurricane Wind Power for a wind generator. Anthony Jones did contact me and the matter was resolved with a refund of my money. I hope that other customers will obtain a successful conclusion to their problems.Thanks also to the Better Business Bureau of western Virginia and the attorney general`s office of Virginia. Your website was also beneficial in helping the consumer and a business come to terms regarding differences concerning problems associated with an order. I ordered a wind generator for $845.00. I asked what the status of my order was and no answer. I asked for my money back and still no answer. I contacted the Virginia consumer fraud division and the attorney general`s office. Haven`t heard anything yet. This crook should be put out of business and locked up. I would urge everyone else to contact the fraud division at consumer@***.state.va.us or call (804) 786-**** in Virginia or (800) 552-**** outside of Virginia. Wish that I had read these reviews before ordering from the guy. Thanks for providing this website to the consumer to give a heads up to anyone wanting to order anything from this fly by night dump.

Blocking diodes
Seller claims the panel have "THREE REPLACEABLE DIODES",,, Problem is.... There are zero, and you either have to purchase blocking diodes or a controller to prevent reverse voltage going into the panel at night and causing damage.. Which..by the way... He won't honor his "So called " warranty.. If that happens... I tried..Forgetaboutit. More Chinese ***, and this guy needs to be put out of business.. I don't need a hundred words to report a scam... A couple of sentences says it all.. False advertising, false claims, false warranty, and false information on every aspect of the panel.. You have to be an engineer to figure out if any of the Spec's are real or not.. Chances are.. they are phony made up garbage as well.. So much for low cost junk.. Pay a little more, and check the BBB before trusting your hard earned money to a total scammer..

Hurricane wind power Synthesis solar panel FRAUD not made in Italy complaint scam review
I bought some 100 watt Synthesis solar panels made in Italy from Hurricanewindpower on ebay. The ad said they were made in Italy so i thought what the heck, must be a great quality panel and i bought some from him. Free shipping , got here not on time but they got here. The sticker on the back of the solar panel didn't say where they were made at all. The quality was low and the output not so great. Couldn't get any paper work on them from Tony Jones the owner and now i know why, THEY'RE MADE IN CHINA ! JUNK. All i got was the run around from that crook. I am now stuck with junk solar panels and i learned my lesson.
