Loan payoff and being unable to access the website

I was on hold for Customer service for 30 minutes after being asked the same questions over and over again.Total runaround and a waste of over an hour and never discussed the issue with anyone.

Dispute case

19 days ago I had graud do noy use!!!o noddcommitted against me for 300 00. I sent all proof into to get my money bank. 10 days later I finally cal told case closed Itransaction ok. I'm a 61 year old partially handicapped woman. Banks are supposed to protect you not SCREW YOU!!! IM GOING TO EVERY NEWS CHANNEL AND SOCIAL MEDIA. I WILL NOT LET THIS GO @!!!

Old, loyal customers are not appreciated!

It is a sad state of affairs when new customers get better savings rates, cd rates, money market rates that loyal customers that have been there for many years. I was giving them new money of $100,000 but I could not get the 5.134 rate new money market customers were given. I was only offered 3.45 because I am already an existing customer!!! Are you kidding me. Do I feel valued? NO

Terrible Customer SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I deposited a check for $50.00 from my husband's checking account at the end of June 2023. My husband's checking account was over three hundred dollars when I deposited my check for $50.00. Huntington Bank claimed that Chase would not fund my deposit check to my checking account. My husband contacted his bank and the bank knew nothing about this or sending anything to Huntington Bank to refuse funding my deposit. Huntington is really below par is the bank never sent any confirmation that the check would not be funded in his checking account. Nothing at all!. His checking account had well over 50.00 dollars at the time of my $50.00 deposit in my Huntington checking account. I am so upset I am considering filing a complaint with an agency that deals with banks and problems that create for customers. As I mentioned my husband checking account will have certainly sent him ASAP that the check would be refused for payment. No Text, E-mail, Phone call or letter was sent to him despite Huntington Bank claiming the bank would not fund my deposit into my checking account. Huntington withdrew without my knowledge or permission $50.00 dollars from my Huntington checking account. Leaving my checking account balance lower without a valid reason. I never liked Huntington Bank from the day they took over the First Merit Bank In Des Plaines, Illinois. Huntington Bank changed my account number for no reason and again no knowledge or permission granted by me. If I were not disabled and unable to drive I NEVER WOULD have my money placed at Huntington. I guess first impressions are corrrect. I couldn't stand Huntington from the first day they opened in Des Plaines, Illinois. KarenC

Typical corrupt bankers. Round em up n hang em with the rest of the military. We live in Maritime Law, ppl. Banks n military. That's it,all else is fake.

The same *** the rest go thru. Fat bankers nickel n diming. You think they do that to rich pigs? You have a HUGE NASTY payback on way. Doesn't look like I'm alone.

Resolved: Can't get my money!

I recently opened a checking account with this bank and shortly thereafter I received a direct deposit from my employer which brought my checking account balance to approximately $1,000. Then the morning after the direct deposit was made I received an email notification stating that my account had dropped to $42.83 and then shortly thereafter another notification came that indicated my account balance was now zero. I then proceeded to contact the customer service department at Huntington and spoke to a girl who sounded like she was either Stoned, dumb, or both who informed me that they couldn't verify my social security number and that I needed to go to my local branch, which I did. At that time I was assured by the branch personnel who made a copy of my social security card and driver's license that the issue would be resolved and I would have access to my funds. And since it was a Friday I was glad to know this because I had plans for the weekend and needed to use my Huntington debit card. However as I write this it is Sunday night and of course I still have no funds but I just received a new notification from their worthless email notification system indicating that once again I have $42. 83 cents in my account even though the card does not work and their automated phone system indicates that I have $0 in my account. And and since it is the weekend, you cannot contact anyone at Huntington because their branches are closed, their customer service department is closed, their email does not work and their website does not provide any means by which you can leave a message for anyone there. Even their AI interactive chatbot is worthless. People say Wells Fargo is a *** bank and that may have been true once. But I can tell you that I never had any of the problems with them that I am having with this new bank. I may very well go back to them. At least they have 24/7 customer service.

Disappointing bank to do service with

Simple deposits and withdrawals take way longer than they should. I think this is done purposely to charge interest or get you to overdraw your account. And dont bother responding to me Huntington I dont want to hear lip service. No reason a deposit should take 24 plus hours!

I need my card unlocked right now

I need my car unlocked right now don't know why u guys dont have 24 hours service 5175 46** **31 9562 05/28 973 What if its on emergency like right now the i came to get the formula for him to drink and with out me knowing the *** card its block u can't call customer service because its close its so stupid

Nothing happened and I dont know why this was sent to me. I had to make some changes while on vacation but that was all.

Change in policies

I have had three checking accounts and standby with Huntington for a total of 11 years. I also have a savings account with a local credit union. I have transferred money between the two accounts for years. I also tried to open an account for my minor son and they refused all of the forms of ID I had for him stating it was due to the Patriot Act. Funny enough, my credit union happily opened an account for him with the same IDs. As far as conducting transfers, I was trying to transfer from the CU to Huntington and they suspended that capability and stated that I had to bring in a statement from the CU proving my ownership to a branch and only then would they lift the suspension. I will be closing my accounts and opening an account with the credit union where customers are the owners, not shareholders.

Terrible customer service

Waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru with only 1 car in front of me. Waited another 15 minutes just waiting for a reciept, no cash back. Couldnt wait any longer the check was returned to me wasting 45 minutes of my time. Will be closing all accounts. Huntington is a joke!

Trying to use my debit card

I am attempting to use my debit card. It is frozen due to unusual activity. I am at the casino and yes, this is unusual. However, Id like to access my money and there is no way for me to contact anyone. Online banking is down. Customer service is telling me to call at a later time. Very annoying that I cannot use my debit card to withdraw my money. Im even more upset that there is no one to take my call to resolve the issue.

House in Dayton, Ohio is in Bankruptcy and need to know if Huntington Bank has released their interest in the home.
