Just a question about how to unsubscribe

Hello, how do I unsubscribe so that I get all 6 episodes of my current mystery and BEFORE any other payments are taken for the next mystery? I have currently received 3 episodes out of 6.

Have not received my second box i payed for

Just a delay in service in which I am glad plus not upset about. I hope me and HAK will have a memorable future together, thanks for their support.

Almost two months since ordering our game.

After close to a month of waiting for our delivery, the box came damaged. They refused a refund and sent a new box. The second box they sent was completely damaged and also took more than the 10 days they said. We finally got them to agree that after almost 2 months, a lost package and a damaged package we deserved a refund. We still couldnt play Bc the game was too damaged but months after ordered, we did receive a refund. Total waste of time! Save your money and find something better!

HORRIBLE COMPANY! We never received our order and a month later we got it but box was destroyed! We’ve never been more disappointed in a company! Refused a refund and the box is destroyed!

We had to wait a month to get our purchase and after MANY EMAILS, a broken track link from customer service and no returned emails, we received a box that was destroyed! We wasted our money on excitement that turned to regret! We would appreciate a refund as we CANT USE THE GAME WE BOUGHT!

Never received box 6

I never received my 6th box, although the tracking info said it had. Filed a claim with the USPS and called Hunt a killer and they said that they would resend it. That was 5 days ago and I never received a notice of shipping or any communication about what was happening. Customer service was very nice.

Gift card not working

Got a season pass gift card for Christmas. Chose the season pass option, but upon entering the card code in the gift card section, it stated that the card could not be applied. Can you help me?

I received the item too late for the intended use.

Only part of the items I ordered arrived near the expected date so we wont be able to use it when we wanted to, at Christmas. Nobody answers email and theres no number for phone calls at Hunt a Killer.

Shady autorenewal

I purchased Hunt a Killer subscription for my mom on June 11. I didnt hear from them for six months until- bam! They charged me more than $200 for autorenewal that I didnt know existed). I searched my emails because I hadnt seen anything from them. Turns out it all went to junk mail. The company refuses to reverse charges though nothing has shipped

I was shown the price i paid in my order summary but charged more on my card. When i checked my order detail it showed a different price.

Cancel membership

I just had money come out of my account for another subscription and I wanted to get a refund. It was fun but I simply can't afford it this time.

Charged for another year and a different address on my account from New Jersey that is not me

I was told to email the customer service hotline is useless.. I sent three emails showing I have not aunthorized anything That it was cancelled a month ago and that I had a *** in my account someone from New Jersey using my account so Im orettt kissed considering they took $300 from my account

Very kind and helped me figure out what I was doing wrong. I'm completely pleased and satisfied with my treatment and I'll definitely keep coming back to such an amazing website and product thank you again you guys are incredibly amazing

Wrong address for delivery

When I called, I got a message with an abrupt hangup. I changed my address 2 days before it shipped and you still shipped it to the old address. I'm handycapped and can't just jump in my car and go to the old address to find a package that should have been shipped to my new address. Really bad customer service.

Item not received and cannot get someone to resolve issue! Money was taken without any hesitation though

Ordered bundle a month ago. Received it missing a scene. Was told by customer service its been processed???? Still hasnt been rectified or received 3 weeks after initial contact. No I cant get anyone to contact me back. Very disappointed. Will not be ordering again.
