Still waiting on my Prescription

I transferred my prescription to Humana Pharmacy, and I wish I had stayed with my local Pharmacy. The website stated my order was shipped out on a particular date, and two days later I still can't track my order. It shows it's still waiting to be picked up by the carrier. I need my medication like yesterday. Wish I had seen these reviews before switching. First chance I get, I'm going back to my local Pharmacy, even though they suck too, but not as bad as Humana.

FRUSTRATED WITH INCOMPETENCE NEED TRAINING PROGRAM FOR WHOLE COMPANY.

I have used Humana in the past and have had excellent service however, I dont know what happened. When you call for information, you get incompetence to the max. and the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. I have been trying for three weeks to get my medication filled and every time I talk to someone they tell me that I have to do something else. They never once tried reaching out to me. I had to call them and what a disaster. I even spoke to management today and I dont think she knew anymore what she was doing than the staff that works for her. They are all apologetic and promise they will take care of your issue, but it doesnt happen. I would not recommend Humana for ordering medication. I will use the local pharmacy from now on. Much better service.

How a large Insurance cant have a good pharmacy is beyond my experience. Humana pharmacy sux

Not any urgency for people that have daily needs. Humana should be embarrassed. How can a large company fail for many years

Harassing phone calls

Despite assurances that I would be contacted ONLY by email I continue to receive calls about refills. Talking with customer service this morning was useless, kept repeating the same rite answer over and over. She said that no supervisor was available which I absolutely do not believe. I want these harassing calls to stop immediately.

Humana pharmacy going downhill fast!

Regarding mail order prescriptions, be afraid be very very afraid! Poor customer service, incompetent pharmacist and dealing with basic medication that Ive been on for over 30 years. They basically play The blame game between doctors and the pharmacist. trouble understanding doctors written prescriptions. is now center well and I think thats where the problem is.

Lying customer services reps

Centerwell pharmacy double charged me for a very expensive prescription. When I called they admitted the error after several calls and multiple long hold times. Each time the rep assured me the refund was in process. This went on for 3 weeks with multiple reps. I finally called my credit card co. (capitol one visa) and they told me there was no refund on my account. They credited me the amount and have started a fraud investigation against Centerwell. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY EVER!

Change to center well pharmacy

Unprofessional, slow delivery, 70%Low on product, bad app,high price, and so much more. Humana made wrong decisions to go with Center well pharmacy, customers and clients suffering from their decision.

Extremely Slow Service

If I could give Zero stars to CenterWell I would. Prescriptions are coming through USPS mail service, which is an unfunny joke. Waiting for two weeks for prescription coming from Ohio, which is sitting in Nashua, NH. Great. I live in Northern NYS. Tracking through USPS is an even bigger joke. This "New" and improved pharmacy should be closed.

They refuse pay for my prescription for no reason

Humana was acceptable in the past but lately they are intolerable. They pay less and charge more. Higher deductible and now they even to refuse to pay their portion of drugs they have paid for in the past. They wont even accept my doctor sending them information on why I cant take another drug on their preferred list. They even tried to get my doctor to prescribe a drug not FDA approved for my condition. They reject appeals for no reason. This behavior smacks of profit oriented vs. customer care. When open enrollment comes around, they are history. Avoid these guys!

Toxic brand generic

I take a controlled substance for 12 years. I had to switch to mail order thanks to the government's interference in health care. I was forced to switch to mail order and the brand that they sent me has caused severe adversary actions. My primary care provider told me to not take any more of them and they claim they cannot use any other brands. What a joke. So they're going to force me to take something that can kill me? I hope they have a good lawyers. Because I'm going to lose everything if I have to go in withdrawal for a month.S

Centerwell Pharmacy Deception

It is really sad that Humana has partnered with Centerwell. All service is gone. Seems as if they want to drive Humana Gold Plus and all other customers away. I can't even get into the website to order refills. "Server not found."

They are charging me $500 for 30 pills

They charged me $500 for Rx. I applied for reduction : DENIED I APPEALED: DENIED I HAVE TO FILE A GRIEVANCE THEY HAVE NO CHEAPER DRUG THAT WILL WORK FOR ME

They give you an estimated delivery date that can be WEEKS off.

They charge your credit card right away. They don't bring your meds to the USPS for at least a week after they supposedly processed your order. Count on AT LEAST two weeks before getting your meds. No stars is more accurate.

Horrible customer service

I called in my moms med ahead of time they assured me the would be shipped on time. I have called five times since they have never mailed the meds out. Called her Dr and they called in a emergency order at our local pharmacy they couldn't fill because Humana had the medication in the system that they filled her order. What good the meds when you do not mailed them out? Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. It's a hassle everytime we order from them!

This pharmacy is a bunch of liars

I will never order from them again, they lied to me and said I would owe 0 dollars. Just got a bill for 100$, asked to speak with a supervisor, none available. I immediately switched all my prescriptions back to my local pharmacy. Noone wants to do business with a company that blatantly lies to the customer!
