Lost my card

Everything went well accept I had a hard time understanding the agent because of his accent.I wish you could hire people who spoke better English

My sister was denied back surgery on L 2,3,4 even though the sine specialist said it was critical that she have the surgery done asap yet humana denied her having the surgery,w/oan explaination.

Denial of urgent surgery that was ordered by the spine specialist, We are now going to sue Humana with a nationally known attorney firm. Humana advantage medicare PPO plan is fraudulent. And should be under scrutiny from the U.S. congress, which a letter is being prepared and sent to congress and the senate of theUnited States Congresss and judicial department. Humana is taking money from the federal government at a great profit and not taking care of their responsibility to our elderly society.

The cost of one of my meds. Hard when you are on a fixed income, but I'll manage it. Don't know why you want so many symbols. I'm a woman of few words.

Too many questions for the member being ID. Repeatedly asking the same questions, which were already answered previously!

Complait

I have a food card, and it states or the website that my card is good at family dollar stores, and dollar general stores, but when I tried to use it at either store, it wouldn't work that pissed me off, you don't tell people where it will work, and let them find out later that it doesn't, makes people look like fools check the register before getting your food

Not doing their job

I have terminal cancer and Humana health insurance has let me down they will not pay for my meds they keep stalling requesting stupid paperwork for the doctor if I was you I would totally switch if I had Humanity United Healthcare do you realize that Humana is now part of Walmart would that explain the reason why they're so horrible yes every time I call him and I talk to customer service they talk about a new piece of paperwork at the doctor has to fill out I tell them that the doctor put the forms in on the 15th to 18th at the 24th they're totally doing nothing but lying to me they also told me Monday they did not have to insure me anymore because I canceled my insurance in New Mexico that was a lie they have to assure me till the 1st of June because I went to Social Security office and talk to them and ask them what to do they said well you're still insured to the state of New Mexico so you need to call him back and let them know that I did now I plan to call them all night long all day tomorrow which is Saturday all day Saturday and all day Memorial Day trying to get my medication filled believe me folks do not do not go to Humana for any help whatsoever because they don't care whether or not you live or die now I talk to United Healthcare they're more than willing to help me out with my medications and pay for them as of June the first if I'm still alive so all I have to say to Humana Walmart is shame Shame shame on you Humana Walmart and shame on you again you're no company that anyone should ever want to do business with ever again go to ***

Spending Card is useless

The so called benefit spending Card is only good for groceries .I wanted to buy a medical alert button and no...can't . It promises Seniors extra money per month to get you to change to them but .there's really no added benefits .don'tdon

Ive emailed called to say im done stop calling me

After several calls email voicemail im no longer a humana customer im tired of the phone calls everyday ppl dont listen so they make me mad i hang up on them i say take my number off stop calling wtf is wrong with ppl im very pissed off

They took money from a disability person for over a year and refused to pay claims...3995.00

When I sent in claims they denied because I used a repeatable dentist! They never told me I had too use a network...and refuse a cheaper claim...humans uses poor people to advance there profit...sad on elderly don't by there extra coveraged
