I didn’t have live tv. It’s a recurring problem and I don’t think it takes anF B I interview to solve this problem. I don’t know my I p addressi like the password I had. I’m 68 not a child !

Its getting harder and more difficult to get live tv from Hulu and if you get it they tell you that you have no more moves. What is a move. ? Am I playing a board game. Please provide the service you advertise and stop making your customers jump thru burning hoops!

Not HAPPY, SATISFIED, COMFORTABLE.

Not what happened, it's what happening I am about to stop my subscription because I feel like I am being bullied by all these commercials that you all call ads can not watch anything at ease cause here comes an ad .

Customer Service Experience

I called Hulu customer service, because I was being charged two different amounts on two different cards. When I called the representative she claimed to not be able to find one of my accounts even when I was able to give them the payment information and the amount they were charging me. The representative "Aryanna" refused to connect me with a supervisor and continued to accuse me of opening up several accounts. I explained why would I want more than one account and if thats the case why can't you even find the account in question. After, 30 minutes of explaining I didn't want to speak with anyone besides a manager she claimed she could no longer help me and to call my bank. After, going back and forth with my bank and HULU I had to dispute the charges thru my bank, because they insisted they couldn't find that account even though they had been charging me for almost 1 full year. I've never heard of a business that will not transfer a customer to a manager. The representative also refused to give me her name or her managers name. Beware, of being charged for subscriptions and the company refusing to to look up your account to cancel. I literally had to dispute through my bank. Unacceptable, customer service. Not helpful and tried to accuse me of setting up more than one account and then refusing to cancel an account they say I don't have, yet continues to be taken out of my bank monthly.

Fraudulent charges

Put account on pause 2 months ago til September .They kept charging my card weekly causing denial fees which they said they would refund a month later and when they didn't I cancelled my account and withdrew my card. Well come yesterday they charged my card again fraudulently on a cancelled account. They said the account was still active , Nope, I have proof where it was cancelled and where they said they were refunding and reimbursing for the denial fees. The call this time the guy said that he re-cancelled it AGAIN and is going to issue a refund for what was charged fraudulently yesterday. So 3-5 days wait to see if they actually do it. So now I have to change my card and be charged for that and it puts my monies on hold for 2 weeks and have it set on fraud alert because of HULU. I don't recommend Hulu to anyone.

Hulu Forgot Password

Frustrating experience with Hulu as I forgot my password. Despite the user-friendly interface, the password retrieval process was tedious. Customer support took time to respond. Improved account recovery options would be appreciated.

Billing

I was a long time customer of Hulu for a few years excellent service. I enjoyed streaming all of my shows. Decided to discontinue my cable and upgrade to Hulu TV. Upgraded my service in April to 69.99. Not a problem, paying cable was twice the amount monthly. I was fine until I reviewed my billing statements online. Charged for regular Service in April, Charged 139.98 in May, June 69.99 and July 69.99. Contacted customer service as to why I was charged twice in May. Was a prorated fee when I upgraded to TV. No one informed me of a prorated fee when I signed up. I paid my regular fee in April and double in May. The customer service agent was very rude and hung up the phone. Called back demanding to speak to a supervisor for a credit of 69.99. Hulu would not give me a credit, so contacted my Bank to dispute the charge. The charge was credited and Hulu disconnected my service. Now we cannot watch regular TV. Do not do business with this Company, horrible service. I am signing up with YouTube TV good reviews

Horrible customer service and messed up charges

I have been dealing with issues from Hulu for the last 2 months. It took forever to get the streaming issue on my phone fixed and I was treated like *** Yes I was given a $9.99 credit on June 24th. July 14 th I contacted Hulu and wanted to speak to someone in charge because of the absolute horrible customer service I had got. I was told I would get a credit for $9.99 in an email but then the associate I spoke to said I would be getting a refund of $9.99 to my checking. I have emails and screenshots of these conversations as proof. It still hadnt posted today so I called customer service and was treated like I was a liar. They had messed up my account to where I would pay 1/2 on the 7th (normal billing date) then be charged the full amount of $9.99 on the 20th which would be the new billing date. It took an hour to get it thru their heads that this was not right, not what I was promised and that I was being charged more actually and no one said anything about changing the billing date to the 20th. They finally said they would refund me $9.99 today and I have an email to prove that and put the billing date back to the 7th like its been from the beginning. I just checked my account and its still messed up. Showing me being charged for 1/2 month on the 7th then the full amount on the 20th the same month and from now on. This again is not what I was told plus they informed me my account has been flagged and is no longer allowed credits or refunds. Why should I be punished for people not doing their jobs and me being treated like *** I want to be contacted by a manger or someone in charge and I want this fixed and something done about it because I am beyond upset.

Website wouldn't let me update payment info

About two months later and the only communication from Hulu is an email telling (not asking) me to come back, all I have to do is log in to my account and restart the service. Never addressing the reason I dumped them is because their crap site wouldn't let me do...

Got an email from Hulu saying they couldn't process my payment and I may need to update my info. Not a problem, I recently had my debit card stolen, had to update many payments. I logged into my account and tried to update the info. Hulu wouldn't let me. I was repeatedly redirected to Roku, even though I have been paying directly to Hulu for five years, then kicked off because of some "Salesforce login error'. Tried to go to the help pages but the same thing happened, kicked off because of some "Salesforce login error'. After trying to resolve this issue for half an hour or more I found the only thing the website would let me do is cancel my account, so I did. Screw you clowns. I had to do a google search to even get this far. Good riddance.

Report an extremely abusive service rep

After attempting to activate my new Hulu subscription, I was instructed to call a number for further verification. I went through an exhaustive security verification process, and finally reached an indication of success. As the timer was counting down the agent hung up. Then I was advised, the activation was not complete because the agent had hung up. I called the number again to let the agent know he hung up too quickly. He abruptly told me to stop calling this number you mother *** I could not believe he actually said that to me. Obviously this upset me greatly so I tried to call again . At that point he blocked my number and I could not reach Hulu. The call indicated it was from new jersey, although your rep had a distinct Asian accent. I am hoping the conversation was recorded so you can review and make appropriate decisions based upon it. If he was my contractor, he would be on the streets today! Needless to say, we canceled our subscription immediately.

Leonte Stokes Hulu

For the past 3 months Ive been trying to get in touch with Hulu , Disney plus and ESPN+ , everytime I try to watch a live game it doesnt let me connect to Hulu, your system says that I dont have that type of plan but in fact I actually do have that plan and the description of my plan states that I have live sports (with ads) but I never seemed to get the benefit of what Im paying for so I would love to gain access to live games and a reimbursements for all the times Ive paid and not got my proper service as a customer

The new interface is wretched

I canceled after being forced to use the new interface. It's difficult to navigate and has removed many of the features that made the old Hulu interface so user friendly. Autoplay will play shows you do not want to watch. Your watchlist is difficult to find and no longer allows you to find your unwatched shows at the top of the list. It is VERY easy to find shows that you do not want to watch, as Hulu will shove them down your throat on every screen. What you won't see? Your stuff. People have been complaining about this for months after they were forced to use this UI on other devices...but Hulu pushed it anyway. I am not paying for a service that ignores it's customers and, because of that, has no clue what they want. 0/10. Bye bye!

Hulu freezes after commercials

It's bad enough that Hulu makes me watch the same commercials during every break of every show, but now the app freezes after each commercial break. I have to turn off the TV, turn it back on, restart Hulu, restart the show, and re-watch the commercials. Then maybe I get to see the next segment of the show. This stinks. I'm almost ready to go back to cable. And that's saying something. ( i'm using Hulu on a Vizio TV, hardwired, with excellent broadband service. It's Hulu, not me.)
