Never having products
For the last four or more months, the enterprise Alabama hurdles house has been of out of things like fresh fruit napkins drinks. The last straw was this past week I went, and they had no carbonation for soda is getting ridiculous. I asked the waiter. What was the deal and he said that the manager was not ordering the correct products I believe that they should be looking into this.

I went to the huddle house on 21st w and Amidon wichita kansas, the manager verbally abused me because of my color ,I recorded the interaction, police were called they told me what to do.

Until recently I was an employee at huddle house. I really enjoyed working with my other co-workers and serving customers food they liked with a smile, however the manager: Gwendolyn Mort Winchester was someone that I and my now ex-fellow co-workers do not enjoy working for. This all started Saturday morning when I dropped my son (who is 17 and only been serving tables for 2 weeks) off to serve tables there and when asked by Gwen if I was working I said no I wasnt working my only day off cause someone else was sick, I got attitude and told that Id be working Saturdays from that point on. Mind you Ive worked all my days off in the past due to people being sick, getting fired or quitting. Next, I get a phone call from a customer that made my son give him his phone because the manager was screaming at my 17year old son and had him in tears. Its bad when customers are calling me to tell me whats going on. So as any mother would do, I jumped in my car and showed up at huddle house to find out exactly what was going on. When I got there I went straight to the manager and told her I dont appreciate you screaming and yelling at my son for just trying to do his job and help her out. At this point she wanted to tell me to get outta her store cause I wasnt on the clock, I said fine, but my kids coming with me. She then proceeded to fire me and tell me to catch her outside when she shut the back door. At this point I waited for my son and then we both left. Later that day I get a text message from my now former manager trying to cover all her bases and say she wasnt yelling, but then went on to tell me how disrespectful I was coming on the line and speaking to her the way I did.. well theres a lot of things that I find EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL that my manager has done since I started working there: 1. Screaming and yelling at her employees over the smallest of things in front of customers ALL THE TIME!! 2. Telling us to do something one day and then it changes the next depending on her mood 3. Feeding wild geese in the restaurant jeopardizing all our jobs 4. Talking about other co-workers behind there backs and about things going in their lives thats no ones business but theres 5. Making her employees feel like they have to walk on eggshells when shes there 6. AND THE #1 DISRESPECTFUL THING GWENDOLYN MORT WINCHESTER HAS DONE IS MAKE A COMMENT ABOUT HOW TIGHT HER OLD *** IS CAUSE SHE HASNT GOTTEN ANY IN ALMOST A DECADE IN FRONT OF MY 17 YEAR OLD SON!!! And this isnt the first time Ive heard this comment!!! I am not a disgruntled ex-employee ALL of this is coming from a place where Im tired of watching good people get stepped on, verbally abused, bullied and treated like trash on a daily basis for no reason other than the manager of huddle house is a very miserable, bipolar woman who obviously gets off on screaming at her employees and treating them like crap when you dont do what she wants. I really hope this opens some eyes finally!!

Horrible experience
I am so disappointed as this was the 1st time Ive ate here and its possibly the last. I ordered triple hash browns with double cheese on each and double onions. I ordered a pecan waffle and a sweet tea. This was a go go order. I stood at the counter and ordered. Then went outside to my car to wait. I was given a 12 ounce cup of tea and charged $2.99. At the time I thought that was crazy but figured maybe thats the only Togo cups they had. No not true. A few days later a coworker brought in huddle house and they had a 20 ounce cup, so obviously huddle house has larger Togo cups. On 2 of my hash browns I had a slice of cheese each on 1 no cheese. No onions on any of them yet I was charged for it all. I took pictures in the car because I wanted to show my family how awful it was.

Coupons in the mail
Talked to someone about 3 weeks ago about getting my coupons in the mail she gave me a case number # {{Redacted}} , still not received any info about them nor an email , I was getting them every month and now I'm not getting them , my husband and I go there frequently, could u email me about this and let me know or I'll go somewhere else I would like to continue getting the coupons if possible, thank you I'm Mary Hill my cell is 803 646****

Dirty looking staff and unclean environment
The waitress was the only one that looked professional with company clothes. The cook and table cleaners were not professionally dressed. The table cleaners wore 18 rubber boots and the cook had dirt looking hair not even wearing a hair net. One worker came from behind the counter had cut off pants and looked like a thug. The food we order we paid for and left before it was ready. We will tell everyone we know and post our experience.

We enjoy coming to Huddle House
We sit in one spot to get our wonderful waitress Rebekah , even that she cant hear us, but she gets our food exactly right. Jackson is a small town but we like it.

Do not get coupons in the mail anymore
Do not get coupons anymore live here for one year with coupons every month good food but the price is over double the amount with coupons being a senior citizen the savings where well appreciate on a fix budget. Cannot go as much as we use to. Thank you

Complaint on food service
The food was cold when it was delivered to me it was over an hour and something late the bacon was burnt for the blt's didn't get lettuce and tomatoes were one of the blt's my waffle was missing and I had called up there and told her I didn't get the waffle and she's like oh I checked the order I know it was in there and then the cook was like oh no I forgot to hand it to you she didn't even apologize I have never had this experience at huddle house I really like huddle House it's cheap and good quality food most of the time but today it's stuck the food and the service especially a manager that was on duty today

I never received the order because i placed two simultaneously and had my friend pick them up and bring to my house and upon her arrival we noticed there was only 1 order inside the bags band i called them and they said they put me onhd abd never came back on the phone . The next day i called the store manager. Andshe said she would talk to the emoloyees and get back to me in a few hours and bever returned so im out of $60

Terrible Service and staff
Food was cold, took over an hour, they were rude, I could not even get a hold of the restaurant to communicate with them. The staff members were rude, my food was wrong and cold.

I have never done this so here goes today I ate at a huddle house in brookwood ala and I watched a older lady handle about 6 maybe 9 tables alone I seen a total of 5 other employees 3 of whom went out in our to the back where you heard them laughing and talking about movies while this older lady waited on tables and two other hooks complain about no help well as people where leaveing and sge was cleaning up one cook said to the other one why cant one of thhem help her since there was two dishwashers young man went to the and what i take is the manger came to the woman and said sho what are you *** about dishes she look puzzled man said well i want to stop you know bc they ate busy she went to a table he went to the back and she explained that she had be there since 1 or so and it was know 6 and that she was going to step out but would return she steped out with a customer and got a light when the manager flew out the door screaming at her saying you get your mother *** *** back in there and take care of your tables now she came back inwhere and i learned his name is rodney who leaned on the window smoke and returned to get in the older ladies face tell her to get the *** of the clock that he's calling Mike the lady backed away call someone I took was the owner and she's trying to tell him and seems like he didn't believe her when a older man said give me the phone and he tells the man this lady has worked he but off and Rodney has right to talk to that's when Rodney said something to the old who still the phone says boy I'll kick your *** and you know you shouldn't speck to any women let on a woman twice your age he speaks on the phone and things settle down and my food came I'm eating another older lady comes in tell the other one to clock out and go and then the other lady starts cussing bc there's two dish washers 3 cooks and no work has been done the manager and 2 young boys went out a cook quit as ND my meal was cold and greesy why do would anyone work at a place like thatont go the nights Rodney works

I ordered 5 country five steak dinners for delivery, 4 were fine. 1 had a fly in the container with the food!
