Great customer service

I had ordered some contacts and needed them as quickly as possible, because I am legally blind without them. It says on their website to allow 7-10 days for shipping, maybe longer , depending where you live exactly. I was freaking out inside because I knew that I could absolutely not wait that long. I contacted their customer service team and they helped me immediately!! They over nighted my contacts to me free of charge!! They are absolutely the best! Love, love, love Hubble Contacts!!

It been over month u haven't send my refund i send 8 box back and u draw two payment out my account and i already cancel it three month ago all sudden u took two payments out my bank account plus yall own me almost 100 dollars will u be nicely have my refund thank u plus i have copy of payments and my box

Cancellation

They actually were able to pause my subscription until next year so I stayed with them because their contacts are really affordable and the customer service offered me a deal and discount for when I restart up!

I have not received my replacement.

I contacted twice about my replacement of my baby monitor that stopped working for months! I believe I contacted them on November 1 and still waiting for my monitor. This is the information they gave me: Update for Case 631529 - "TICKET #40087" The sales order number is SO-306035. The order tracking has been stand still for weeks. This is frustrating with no peace of mind while the baby is sleeping. I need my monitor as soon as possible.

Where are my contacts ordered them November 3rd talk to somebody said they would be here today at 9:00 still nothing

Ordered my contacts November 3rd they apparently were lost in the mail because I called and see where they were and she said she sent me an email with the tracking number never received it as well as her saying that they would arrive today at 9:00 don't have any paid $42 I would like a tracking number and to know where they're at

I love their Contacts.. Very hard to reach customer service sometimes. But besides that they have the best Contacts by far..

Never had a problem with the contacts.

Had an order of contacts extended wear where half the contacts had tears in them before i took them out of the new package. I got a hold of customer service , explained my contacts were defective, so i sent them back & i received replacements easy & quick.

Never received contacts after paying for them

They lied to me

I was told they can't refund me, even though it was a fraudulent charge made on my card, because they're a third party website. That's fine, but I then asked if their was any compensation I could have and they said that prescription contacts could be ordered in my prescription. I agreed and then they never contacted me. I reached out to them and ask of a sudden they don't carry my brand.. I looked on their website, and they do. Interesting....
