Important document to read or take action

Hello, Im writing this email to you because I got some important document to read. I cant login in into my account dont know why and anyway im not using it for many years now because im in Poland sińce 2019. I cant ring you because I got Polish number so this is only way for communication. If Is something important regarding document which I need to read please send it here onto my email in attached documet same like the previous time somebody send it to me from your HSBC team. I have heard nothing back from HSBC about credit card application, and you cant ring anybody I applied in June and I have heard absolutely nothing. I cant understand this as I did it through Credit Karma. Could someone please respond to this message

My account did not let me deposit yesterday

Hi I had a text from HSBC last week. Which I through was fraudulent. Then yesterday I went to depost money but was declined. Update my contact numbers

Yes all went well. Because my phone number had been changed I needed to call you so that your records were correct. This was done efficiently and quickly. I wish some others that I have had to contact regarding my change of phone number were as good as HSBC. Thanks for your help.

Very poor customer service even when you get to contact them

Changecof address, With your help, final got a response from HSBC, they did not provide an e mail to enable contact. Just a phone number for international customers. I moved to Dubai, it takes a little time to get settled here and get a resident visa. Until then I cannot get a sim card to use a phone so back to square one, cannot access my account because for my security I did not inform them of my change of address. Unfortunately its just as painful as ever.

Concerned citizen

Ive been receiving emails from Mr. Noel Quinn and Ms.Aileen Taylor for many months now requesting fees to be paid on a large amount of money that supposedly belongs to me and is being held at HSBC main bank in London. Ive been paying, sending payments for fees regarding the release of such money . Ive been sending in payment after payment without any progress of receiving such funds. Im needing to know if i been scammed or if this is in fact legitimate. I have all the emails conducted in our correspondence these past several months.
