Refund

I ordered flowers that were light yellow and these they sent have an orange tint in them . I want my refund . Just got them.

Order was delivered to old address. I called to change it to the correct address.

They did not change the address and delivered it 3 times to the old address. I told them to cancel and return my money. The person on the phone told me she didn't have the authority to do that! Now what?

Predatory practices with auto renewal

Houzz used to be a great website. I work for a trade and they have added software which increased the monthly fees - now at $400. We already have this software in house. They have an auto renewal process that is predatory. In my opinion it is contrary to the meaning and the word of newer CA legislation (7/22). You must renew for an ENTIRE YEAR no cancellations. When trying to decide to keep it or not I was unable to access my account. When trying to cancel they said I couldn't. Really?

Damaged order

The table has a large scratch on it and the box was ripped open at the end of the driveway. The two cedar glass is cracked in the front of the top part before the door.

Predatory contract renewel

Houzz makes you sign up for a year contract, and then they automatically renew a 2nd unless you somehow remember to write them a month before it renews to cancel. They don't ask if you want to renew, they leave it up to the customer to remember and write to them. Which is predatory. Then after it auto renews you have to pay another year or they threaten to sue. If you get it cancelled you still have to pay 3 months. Don't use Houzz.

Cancel

I called one hour after I ordered and they Cais they could not cancel the order. They also admitted that it had not shipped out yet they could not cancel. Buyer be aware!!!

May 1: placed the order May 2: discovered that the bank rejected the order. I notified my bank to put a 24-hour increase on my debit card limit. I notified Houzz of the increase. The order was not processed within that 24-hour window! May 3: The bank placed another 24- hour increase. I notified Houzz. Again, the order was not processed! May 4: the bank placed a 48-hour increase. On May 6 I was notified that the order was being processed. Multiple phone calls were made back and forth. The experience was quite annoying. HOWEVER, the telephone people did their jobs and were very patient with my annoyance.

I have a question regarding my order number {{Redacted}}

My bank did not authorize payment on this order yesterday due to a $1500. limit on my debit card. The bank agreed to raise my limit to $3500.00. Please use the same card for my order BEFORE 8:00 a.m. tomorrow, as that is when my limit will again be only $1500.00. Please notify me when this order is confirmed!

Dissatisfied

Ordered an item from Houzz. Waited 2-3 weeks for delivery (!), and after it was opened, noted that the color of the item is different than depicted on the Houzz website. Applied and received authorization to return. Packaged the item within 1-2 days post delivery, and took the item to the post office, per instructions, to be returned. Was told it would be over $100 to return. Postal employee advised me to contact the company, as often times they will send a pre-paid, return mailing label. Called 'customer service' with Houzz and at first he wanted me to take a picture of the PACKAGED item...then he wanted me to take a picture of the 'box' the item is in. Very, very unrealistic expectations for the consumer. Unknown at this juncture, whether Houzz will be supportive of the consumer or not...will write a follow-up review. Very, very non-supportive.ware Be

Replacement

I have not heard that a replacement has been sent. Last communication with the the seller, they were unable to find my order. There is a lack of communication about the damaged/returned toilet. I would appreciate being better informed. Thanks

A coffee table that describe it bring oak but it’s compboard and is paper thin material that has defective screws and was trying to adhere each piece to a piece of fake materials and spent 6 hours try

False advertisement . Spent $265 for a piece of flakeboard that is not adhering to the parts and screws . I need a refund ASAP . I cannot afford to pay for shipping . The company is at fault and thinks that a customer will believe that their products are made of wood . It is paper , not wood . I am very sick right now

Wanting to source a light fitting in Houzz magazine

Hi there Just cant get in contact with customer service as I saw a fabulous light fitting in last Nov 22 Houzz online magazine I just love pls see below photo? I emailed Houzz but did not get a reply. I need 2 as they would be perfect for my hallway in our beautiful Victorian terrace innAlbert Park Melbourne however Ive not been able to find out from Houzz re the supplier and where I can buy this item?
