I was not Pissed!!

I simple called to find out why I had no water service! I am not sure why all the reference to my being pissed!

I was not upset, I just didn’t understand my water being shut off.

We just turned the faucet on and there was no water. Usually we are informed in advance of a water outage. But it was restored! All is well and the lady that helped me checked on everything and was very polite.

Customer service is a joke. Terrible City department.

My experience of dealing with the department over many years. The current mayor lets this department run wild if he even knows whats going on.

WATER BILL FOR METER ON VACANT LOT FOR OVER 30 YEARS

THE PROPERTY WHERE I GREW UP IS VACANT BUT THERE IS A WATER METER THERE. THERE HAS NOT BEEN A HOUSE ON THE PROPERTY FOR OVER 30 YEARS. STARTING SEPTEMBER 1,2021, THE CITY OF HOUSTON DECIDED TO START BILLING WITHOUT ANY NOTICE.CHECK YOUR PROPERTY FOR A WATER METER AND GET IT REMOVED BEFORE THE CITY OF HOUSTON COMES AFTER YOU.

Time frame for existing work order 455-****

Very courteous, 24-48 hours. If serviceman does not come out call back. No definitive information and Im stuck between Plummer saying its a city problem and no water fir 24-48 hours. I spoke privately to Water dept employee who indicated more specific windows can be given ( day n several hours).

Water leak at meter

I have a water leak at the water meter which is leaking in my yard (we just bought the house) and causing me to have a $400 monthly water bill. I called to report, and they said they will have someone out within 90 days to fix it. Yes, 3 months....
