Paying more than quoted price for purchase of credits
I have been HOF games for the past nearly 10 years and it's only recently since I've begun to play different games I've come to realize that HOF has been charging me more than the price quoted for purchase of credits. For example if I purchase a $49.90 pack, it is costing me $70.00. I have recently purchased credits for a game on another website and was charged exactly the same as the quoted price. Please explain the reason for the difference between quoted price and actual price paid. I also agree with the fact that HOF games are meant to be fun but they cost a *** of a lot of money to have fun for a *** of a short time.

Lost my coins
I had over 800 BILLION coins. I had worked my way up to that amount by getting all of the albums completed on the house of fun cards. I was playing and my computer was acting up so I restarted it. When I went back to HOF I only had a couple million. Please return my coins so I can continue playing or I won't be playing any more.

Horrible customer service and don't expect to win
I have been playing on HOF for 15 years, Long enough to watch win patterns and how the casino generally behaves. In the beginning, it is fairly inexpensive to play, with bets being low and coin packages cheap. As you level up, they increase the minimum bet and I am at the point (game level 11,000), that i can not purchase anything below $29.99 if I want a coin package and my minimum bet is 10k. HOF may be hitting on a rare occasion, where it will actually let you play for a while, but if you want to have any fun, plan of purchasing coins to do so. At least if you purchased coins in the past, it would let you play, but not anymore, that is not even a guarantee now. As the casino has gotten bigger over the years, so has the greediness and the lack of customer service. Recently my account crashed and I lost all the progress I had built up within individual games with coins I had purchased. Customer service has been horrible, its still not fixed and service tickets have gone ignored. I would avoid all the Playtika casinos, HOF, Caesar's slots and Slotomania. There are much better casinos to play on FB, than HOF, so I would steer clear of all Playtika casinos/games.

I spent a lot of money in the last few weeks in order to win the fun album only to have prices raised and my win ratio way below advantage I loss 7600 billion coins in less the an hour I know I was cheated and it sucks because non of the money I play for is real at least you could be honest about my wins Im not spending another dime on this app I'll find a competitive app that's not associated with any of the companies that endorse house of fun.

House of fun indicated update required, try to update and message says tablet will not accept newest version, each time I try to access House of Fun get need to update, have $93,000,000,000.00 dollars and cannot utilize it.

I have lost my Fun Spin prizes the last 2 days. When I close on the x the extra prizes disappear. Not e pressed as I’m buying jewels to play the extra bonus game.
After the extra fun spins my prizes disappear. I won 25 free spins on the FUN wheel and when the spins were finished I had won extra prizes. As usual I closed that screen and when I did no extra prizes I had won showed up. Not impressed as I buy jewels to get these extra rewards.

Having trouble with the house of fun games for over a month now
I've been having problems with the house of fun games for the last month and they haven't solved the problem I did everything they told me to do but the game is still got to get you and it's jumping and skipping and just taking all your coins

Was fine for awhile..last week they just raised the coin packages about 300%! My new VIP person hasn't answered me in two weeks .When you open a support ticket no one ever e mails you back.
Something has changed drastically no one answers any support tickets my new VIP rep will not respond to anything and the coin packages are all of a sudden 3 times more! Did they sell this company? Did it change hands? I have a lot of years and money in HOF and now its like I don't exist! I wish I could at least get one person to answer me!

Paid for superpass..did not receive. Also games do not work very well.
9/17/220 paid $1.99 for Super pass did not receive. Also games are hard to load and freeze. Too many screens to go thru to get to a game.. This about the 4th time to answer thia question and no response from HOF.
