Because they took money from me and never sent my product, I want my money refunded

I ordered some hair rinse, several bottles that came up to 40 dollars and I never received my product are my money back. I would like to get my money back. Please return my money



I have been trying to contact this company for over one year. The phone numbers listed are incorrect. A recorded message says 'that I don't have permission to contact this phone number'. I ordered items in July 2021 and have not received these items. I have also emailed them without any luck. SCAM SITE!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Stay away! I ordered items in July 2022 and have yet to receive it. Both numbers are not in service.?Ive been scammed. Shame on them!!! I can only hope that they are punished for their dishonesty & deceptive behaviour! Stay away from this site.

I ordered items six months agostill waiting. The phone number is answer. I have tried contacting via phone & email. Scam!!


Never received product and no response to date.

I have called and emailed and no response. I never received my 4 tubes of 1BB. I even received a note saying that they would be shipped out soon. However, it states they were shipped. Please either send me a refund or ship me the product. I really need the product.

I ordered 2-8 oz bottles of DeMert Wig and Weave Lusterizer and Conditioner and 2-8oz bottles of DeMert Wig Shampoo and only got 1 bottle of the Wig and Weave Lusterizer and Conditioner. I got a letter with this bottle saying that the rest of my order was on backorder and that I should receive the remaining order in 7-10 business days. I order this 09/07/2022 and never received a refund or the product yet! It is now 12/22/2022 and I'm still even waiting for a response. I've called all of the phone numbers display for customer service help, and the numbers are disconnected. I have written to the address shown and no response. I sent emails to all of the email addresses and still now response. Is this a scam?

Status of order

The customer service number does not work! There is a voice recording that states that the mailbox is full. Please refund my money or send my merchandise!


This company is a fraudulent one please beware. I paid 105 dollars for 2 makari premium cream since July and they refused to send my order or issue a refund.

Very upset, since 1 month and a half I have no return to my numerous emails, no follow-up of my order...

- CANCEL my order 214**** and process to my REFUND ASAP - On August 15, 2022, I placed an order on the "House of" site for an item (order number W-214****) that cost me approximately $181.75 (183.80 euros). After 3 weeks, the product had still not been sent (on the site in question, the order is still in "process"). I emailed your customer service, asking them about it, but none of them seemed to be able to tell me when my order was going to ship. I ended up calling your America-based customer service and paying for the call (3-6 Euros for 3-4-5 minute call) to cancel my order and request a refund. On September 2, 2022, House of beauty customer service assured me by phone that my refund would take place within 5 to 7 days, but having received no email attesting to the refund or any refund movement on my bank account, I decided to call them again on Friday September 9 (this call still cost me 5 euros): House of beauty customer service was unable to explain to me why I had still not been reimbursed and said they would check internally. Except that to date, Tuesday September 13, I still have not received an email attesting that my refund will be effective within 5 to 7 days and on the House of beauty site, my order of August 15, 2022 is still noted "in process" and not "cancelled and being refunded". Not only after verification, the reviews of this site on Trustpilot report a lack of professionalism or even a fraudulent company, but also, I find it indecent to have to wait more than a month to find out what is going on. of an order of such amount. Without forgetting all the steps on my side to get the information on my order, steps which have additionally generated additional costs. I ask that a refund be made in good and due form but also that the practices of this site be followed closely.

Ordered goods arrived. I would still not recommend due to lack of responding. In fact, there was never a response to my questions.

I placed an order 10 days ago. I contacted House of Beauty World after 5 days of no response advising despatch. I asked if my items had been despatched. They responded with: "We apologize for the late response to your email. Your order has been processed already. We appreciate your patience with us." I was not provided with any despatch information via email. I've since been on their website and found my order no. I followed my order number, and I could see a tracking number which was with Asendia. I typed in my tracking number and see "your tracking number is invalid". I would stay away from House of Beauty World. I now understand why they don't offer Paypal. Buyer beware. I wish I had read these reviews prior to placing an order for almost $100 AUD. If I could have left NO STARS, that is what I would have done.


Have not received my items

I spoke to someone different and would told I would receive a refund yesterday. I never got a confirmation staying I was getting one.

Instead, I received an email to rate them and if I like my items that I never got today.

They lady apologized, and couldn’t track my package. It never actually shipped as they said July 21st.

Sarah will not respond to my emails

The lady, Sarah just tells me she will check the front desk and never get back to me. I personally know someone who hasnt received their items. Some people get their box and all the items are not there but they dont refund you. Do not order from this site.
