Hotwire promoting dirty roach infested hotels!

I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and disgust with my recent stay at Suburban Extended Stay in Kennesaw, Georgia on 7/5/2023 through Hotwire. I booked a room at your establishment with the expectation of a clean and comfortable environment, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon entering the room assigned to me, it became immediately evident that the cleanliness standards at your hotel were severely lacking. The room was in a deplorable condition, with visible dirt, grime, and stains on the furniture, carpet, and walls. I was appalled to discover multiple roaches scurrying across the floor and walls, indicating a severe infestation issue. As a paying customer, I find it completely unacceptable to be subjected to such unsanitary and repulsive conditions during my stay. The presence of roaches not only poses a serious health hazard but also creates an extremely uncomfortable and distressing atmosphere. It is evident that proper pest control measures have been neglected, putting the well-being of guests at risk. Furthermore, I must address the issue of false advertising with Hotwire. Hotwire hotel's online reviews and promotional materials depicted a clean and well-maintained establishment. However, my experience contradicts these claims entirely. It is evident that Hotwire hotels has misled potential guests by misrepresenting the state of its facilities. This breach of trust is deeply disappointing and raises concerns about the integrity of your business. I immediately approached the front desk to voice my concerns and requested to be moved to a different room. However, I was informed that there were no other available rooms. This response is wholly unacceptable, as it suggests a lack of consideration for the well-being and satisfaction of your guests. I expect a higher level of customer service and prompt resolution when faced with such grave issues. Given the unhygienic and uncomfortable conditions I endured during my stay, I kindly request a full refund for the cost of my reservation at Suburban Extended Stay through Hotwire. I believe it is only fair and reasonable considering the significant inconvenience and distress caused by the state of the room and the subsequent inability to provide an alternative. I trust that you will address my concerns promptly and take appropriate action to rectify these issues. I sincerely hope that Suburban Extended Stay and Hotwire will demonstrate a commitment to ensuring the cleanliness and quality of your facilities for the benefit of future guests. Failure to do so will leave me with no choice but to escalate this matter further and explore other avenues to obtain the compensation I deserve. Rental car

Pre paid for rental car and flight was 15min late dollars rental agent did not wait and did not any cars available. They close at 8pm and I had to rent another vehicle. Request that I be reimbursed. Dollar confirmation K5433****A3 Enterprise confirmation 109590****

I was over charged

I was charged $132 plus $44 for car insurance rental but when I arrived at Ace car rental I had to pay a $200 deposit plus $86 for car rental and they also tried to charge me again for the car insurance so I just told them to cancel the insurance because I paid for it

Refund

I paid for a luxury SUV from April 29th- May 5th confirmation # PHTWS1135DC6 I was schedule to arrived in Toronto international airport on West Jet flight 1233 April 29th Upon arriving into Toronto April 30th due to the fact that my flight was delayed multiple times After clearing immigration and picking up my luggage I proceed to the rental company , to find out they were close . I had to find other means of transportation to go to me place of dwelling . The following morning I went to the rental . Where I was told that the vehicle I paid for for was not available that the only vehicle that I could get was a van which I refused I am seeking a full refund . Regards Michael Stubbs

Reservation not reserved

How can you messed up a computerized reservation from a month ago?! Especially, when you keep spamming my email to upgrade my reservation. I get to the counter and hold and behold, NO. RESERVATION!! 3 hrs later still waiting on you to fix this! After how many numbers given to me and transferred to handful of operators. Not using you again.

Money missing out my account

Money was took out of my checking account for another reservation. I cancelled first reservation and paid the $40 cancellation fee and they Was supposed to refund the money to my account then another reservation was tooken out this morning at 9:00 and it was not from my phone number so yall need to refund my money from both transactions

Unacceptable and bad experience

I requested some flexibility from them, informed them that I wouldn't be able to take the car, and even offered to purchase it in exchange for paying a bit more from a place closer to my home. However, no flexibility was allowed, and I was informed that I had to pay $250 for nothing. This is unacceptable and incomprehensible.

Cannot Delete my Account

Used their "chat" and attempted to simply delete my account. "Adriana" asked twice for my name email and phone number, alternately stated that it would take 72 hours to delete my account then stated it would take 30 days to delete my account and wanted to know why I wanted to delete account. There is no online option to delete account. Need help just want to delete the account.

Customer service denied service

There was false advertisement with my booking for a hotel. The booking guaranteed a 4 star hotel (for the given price) and was given a 3 star hotel instead. I mentioned the error (on Hotwires end) and the supervisor didnt take accountability. They refused to accommodate and wouldnt let me talk to anyone else further. She didnt answer any of my questions and was exceedingly unethical.

If this doesn't beat all. They sent me an email after my hotel stay at the EconoLodge in Sioux Center, Iowa and I gave an honest review (nothing vulgar or obnoxious). They didn't post the review (not the first time I've wasted my time doing reviews for them that don't get published) and then they removed the hotel from my future searches, probably so I couldn't see that they didn't post my review. Just to give you some idea of what I was complaining about, I attached a picture of the recliner in the room and the rickety chairs. Don't trust Hotwire reviews. They don't let you say anything negative.
