Hola, espero que todo te vaya bien. Mi cuenta y saldo de hotmart están bloqueados desde hace tres meses, por lo que si me pudiera ayudar a desbloquearla, se los agradecería mucho. Haven't received my refund back from my purchase.
My refund is not received it cannot be refunded on my gift card debit. Can It be refunded on my actual debit Instead since it cannot be refunded on the card that I use to purchase.I need the $27.00 and $9.00 refunded on my actual debit card. It can not be refunded back to the gift card debit card. Please give me a call or email me concerning this matter.

Sacred Frequencies program The program is fine. I do not want anymore products/programs and I dont want a subscription. If it means cancellation, that is what I want to do. Ive already paid $52.71 for this.

Cannot finish class or get certificate
I bought Stretch Mark & Scar Camouflage Tattoo Training by Fernanda Jaffee and it is not functioning!!!Nothing works, error message when loading the chat, customer service number hangs up when calling from the USA. Chatbot freezes. Course wont recognize I completed the class and the certificate will not display. Attachments will not print out or even show to see them. This is a mess.Beware - the platform is unreliable. Help center will not open (see photo- it keeps buffering)

Great sales con. You can't get a live customer service representative for help. Marcel Fernandes II won't answer your questions when you try to contact him directly via Instagram. There are no other contact numbers for him (that I've found) The email listed for Marcel may not get answered (mine hasn't) The customer service number for the U.S. is a voice mail in another language. Don't fall for the double your money back claim as you won't get your initial investment back which explains why this guy's a millionaire.

First off, I signed up for the candle making certification course. The app and website wasn't working properly and is complete TRASH! Their website made it seem like the refund process was quick and easy, but still haven't received my refund. Can't call customer service because it's all in another language, Portuguese I believe with no ENGLISH OPTION. Email is trash as well, literally no help in refunding my money for I class that didn't even work!!! I've tried emailing, I tried tracking my refund status and all of a sudden, they don't have my information.
