Thiefs with false advertisement
I wanted to book a hostel called Meningier hotel for 2 people in a private room. We put 2 guests in a room that had in the description 2 twin beds. Onces we put booked it automatically changed to 1 person and now we can not add the second person in a non refundable price. We have sent manu emails to both hostel world and the hostel. The hostel says they cant do anything, not even let us pay tonadd an additional person without hostelworlds approval, and hostel world will not reply to a single email. They dont even have a phone. We will keep trying but it has been over a month of trying to contact them without success. Worst customer service and experiece because customer service is inexistent!

They took my money and had no mention of conditions need to be allowed to use the accommodation I just booked through them and I could not stay at the Hostel because of this. The hostel refunded me Hostel world kept the booking fee.

Problem with safestay Madrid

Issue qu'tu booking
I didn't received a booking, confirmation but they destructed my money. I'm in the hotel now, with my friend, very tired waiting for this confirmation that is not coming. Also is very difficult to get in touch with an assistance. Never happened to me before, I think I'm not gonna use this website.

We payed 45 Euros for booking and an extra amount When we got to the hostel. I would like my booking money back, as we payed 60 euros more than we should have. I am a poor student and i worked hard for my money.

I booked a 4 bed ensuite room in london, Wombat hostel. 6/10-8/10. This was never confirmed and did not show up in my account. I wrote and asked that the booking be cancelled but was told it could not be found. You then stole 99.36 from my account and refuse to refund it. I have sent various e mails and messages with no reply. I have contacted the online dispute resolution Europe who has said to contact you one more time.

sehr schlecht es wurde uns einfach grundlos eine Woche vorher ohne Erklärung storniert Trotz mehrmaliger bitte dieses rückgängig zu machen nachdem wir die Unterkunft kontaktiert haben wurde uns lediglich gesagt das den es scheinbar egal ist und wir uns die Anzahlung bei hostelworld ja wieder holen können das ist sehr sehr ärgerlich da wir zwei Familien sind die sich unheimlich auf dieses Wochenende gefreut haben seit Monaten aber auch dieser Grund ließ den Vermieter wohl kalt er lebt wohl sein Traum alleine naja

wir hatten für das Wochenende vom 15.07 bis 17.07 das worldscamp Surfcamp an der Costa caparica gebucht und es wurde uns heute grundlos trotz Anzahlung storniert trotz Anfrage warum und ob es möglich wäre es zu ändern da wir diese Buchung brauchen um an diesem Wochenende ein Platz zu haben wurde uns nicht geholfen

Because I don’t have my money and I checked into a place that wouldn’t let me check in and then invited me back and didn’t let me check in. I slept on the sidewalk over this and I’m very upset.
Had to sleep on the sidewalk and then they *** it was around three in the morning is it invite me back then I contacted them in the morning read body back then I went back very tired and I got denied and took a lot of energy to get there Im very upset about this
