The worst trip for my 69th birthday I ever had.

Refund for Lodging in car for September 2-4, 2023. Paid for lodging and car and didn't receive either one. You owe me $295 and I need it!! I was forced to live at the airport because I didn't have mint.

Double charged

I booked a car through Hopper with Hertz. I prepaid through Hopper app and when I returned the car I was again charged by Hertz. Contacted customer service within 48 hours and was told that it would be 'expedited'. I have provided copies of receipts from both companies, as well as bank statements. I've talked to MULTIPLE customer service agents, and they all tell me they are waiting on an email response from Hertz. When I contact Hertz, they tell me that they have received nothing from Hopper. Meanwhile, almost four weeks later, Hertz is still blaming Hopper and Hopper is still blaming Hertz, and I still don't have my money back

Issue not solved since I don’t even know

Not tiAirline Refund Refund issue to some wrong random card Already informed Hopper customer service. Provided detail of booking along with correct card. Still waiting. This is one of the worse experiences weve ever had sorry to say.

Resolved: Refund Policy Took My Money

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Customer Service called me back shortly after leaving a review here and on the app store and offered to give me credit for the difference. So with enough pressure, someone will be willing to help you out here.

I purchased a $425 flight and paid $80 for the cancel anytime option. I ended up cancelling my flight pretty early, early enough that I would have received a full refund from the airline anyways. When I go to use my $425 credit to purchase a $240 flight, I don't see any significant warnings that I had to use the entire credit on a single purchase or Hopper was going to keep the difference. Immediately after making my purchase and seeing my Hopper wallet empty, I called customer service. I expected this to be an easy fix. Charge the $240 to my credit card and refund the $425 in credit so I can use the full amount on a later flight. But I was wrong, customer service gave me the runaround just to eventually tell me that no one at the company cares enough or is able to make that simple fix. So now I paid $500 for the ability to cancel anytime, and only got $240 back. So Hopper got a free $260 off of me for doing nothing. Will never use them to purchase flights again, they're only good for checking when flights will be cheaper.

When I buy my ticket I mistype my name! It should be sarati but I type sarita and I talk with these things with airlines but they told me to contact hopper.

I mail to hopper as well but they didn’t fix it!! When I went to the flight they told me your name is mistake...

Purchase a flight

I need to talk to a agent to purchase a flight.I paid to freeze flight from Sarasota to Alanta for $198 round trip leaving out on Sept. 22- 25.Can u please help me talk to agent to purchase ticket.I paid to freeze 5 tickets.

Overcharged

The price ticket was $391. And you guys charged $25 more that wasnt authorized by me. So you have to refund my $25. I am very desapointed with the company.

Hospital ization

Nobody to talk with!!! I need to cancel my flights with Hopper due to a family emergency! My sisters husband is in the hospitsal and had spinal surgery! He & my sister wont be up for company!!!

Refund for EXTREMELY unsafe hotel!!!

Could not book or contact via app or number

I attempted to book via the app several days in a row deleted the app reinstalled sent request for support never heard back the number that listing on Google leads me back to the app so the last two bookings I had to go through another third-party quite frustrated
