Online order refund

I ordered food online for pick up Saturday, received the wrong food that was cold, dry and under seasoned! Tried to call and no one picked up to complain, so I called the next day to be told to come in and get correct food and refund. The manager told me Id get a refund no later than Tuesday and its now Wednesday night and yet to receive my refund! Called to speak with the manager and I keep getting hung up on!

Service Complaint

We went to our Port Charlotte, FL Hooters Restaurant, a favorite that we frequent on a regular basis. It's typically during football season and always on the patio where it is jam packed and very festive. We have always had prompt friendly service and excellent food. We arrived about 8:20 p.m. The patio was 1/3 full. We sat at the bar, promptly received drinks and placed our order with the bartender. She did not reveal her name like our table waitresses do, but asked if we'd like my order, tater tots, before the guys wings and salads. I said just before wings because it was very late-way past dinner. The tater tots came out promptly and were perfect, scarfed down and then we waited...we were served another beer but no food...the patio was becoming empty, staff was mingling together...after an hour and one of our party sleeping agaist the ledge (not from booze), I asked our bartender, a striking lady from Venasuayla if our food was still coming and could we get it to go. She said, "oh yeah, let me check", pushed a button on her register and brought out to go bags and a $98 bill. I asked if we were forgotten because we waited so long. She said no, this is the normal time very smugly, no apologies. She acted insulted by the question. I have been frequenting Hooters since the original one opened in a house in Clearwater, FL and cheered when Lynn Anderson became famous. My boyfriend and late husband have always been game for Hooters. This is my first bad experience. Thank you for listening, Michell Shafron Englewood, FL

Check your food before leaving the restaurant

My food wasn't fresh it was oily had the wrong sauce.Fries wasn't done they was white not golden brown..Chicken was cold..I spent almost 50.00 in Hooter on Monday night and to get hoke to see the food looking like that.I only live 10 min away I was highly upset.I told my kids to leave the food on the stove someone threw it away..Soo I still called the store to see if I can have my order replaced and the Manger by the name of TerryO said he wasn't working and he wanna see the food...I explained the kids toss it in the trash by mistake and he stated he can't help me...I said I have the cc number I used to purchase the food and he still couldn't help me..I've worked in food service as an Assistant Store Manager and that is not how u handle custome service with a guest with an complaint...If anyone from corporate can't contact me that will be great...All I wanted was another meal fresh and hot with the right sauce...

Food wasn't up to part

So I went into Hooters right before closing time like an hour before...I purchased 20 Buffalo shrimp (mild) 10 breaded wings crispy (mild) and A order of curly fries...My shrimp had the wrong sauce and also looked as if it set in cooking oil and hot sauce got poured on top...My curly fries wasn't done they didn't even have a golden brown look, they were white and soggy...My chicken looked old as if it set up under the heat lamp for another order someone else didn't want...I'm soo upset after spending almost 50.00 I told the kids to sit the food on the stove one of threw it out..Not to mention I called the store manager one of them.by the name of TerryO said he wasn't on shift that night..As A manager if a customer calls with a complaint it's ur duty to assist that customer to rectify the issue...So simple I worked as a Assistant Store Manager in food for over 20yrs...When guest is pending their money in your establishment it's your duty t make that customer have a great guest experience to come back in the future...All I wanted was my meal replaced so me and my kids could have enjoyed if it was correct the first time...If anyone from corporate can contact me that would be great...Thank You

Would love for someone to give me a call I fell in one of your restaurants and need to speak with someone. I've trued several numbers no answer or return phone call. My next call is to my attorney.

Fell in bathroom if your restaurant in Macon. Spoke with manger on duty was not really interested in what the priblem was. Manager never returned my phone call.

Harassment because of my skin color

I was there with some friends on Monday when the manager had no reason of calling the police on me no documentations said that I was ban I havent been to Hooters ever since October 22 because of my truck driving school Its may 23 of 23 and I try to go and watch the game with my friends at Hooters when the manager called the police on me and I was dragged out of Hooters for no good reason at all I didnt harass anyone bother nobody I felt they called the police on me because of my skin color because Im black African-American I also want to file a harassment on the manager that called the police on me my lawyer will need a Videos from the time I got there and the time they drag me outside they was telling me to leave, but I was asking if to call Uber because Im not supposed to drink and drive through to my CDL I would lose them, but they literally drag me out, bust my head where I had to go to the hospital

Bad quality

Hello, me and my fiance were at the original hooters last night 5/8/2023 around 8 pm. The service was great and on time. But the food was very low quality nothing like we hoped and expected. Didnt ask for dry rub, got dry rub. Wings were very plain very to little flavor and were extremly full of oil/grease that led to us being in and out of the bathroom most of the night i asked for a side of cause and it wasnt even sauce it looked like oil very runny. Complaints

My boyfriend ordered food in Chester Va I went to pick it up the girl said the order wasnt ready she checked a couple of times and said it was almost ready then she said we dont have an order for you so whos order was almost ready? Finally we figured out it was under my boyfriends first name and not the last I waited 50 minutes for that food my boyfriend loves the wings and I love the grilled chicken but its not worth waiting that long, while I was waiting a lady cook came out of the back throwing out the F word, when I got home the lettuce in my said was very old somebody needs to go see what is going on at that Hooters.

Poor services

Went to Hooters at Maryland Heights on Lackland. Set there for over 20 minutes no one even bothered to take drink order or anything. Got up and left told the manager why we were leaving he did not seem to care. It was a slow time only 10 customers.

Report lying manager about application process

My name is Shai > >I explained to management what was going on as far as third party harassment so do not take any third party calls and he said they dont but I explained lower managers say that but have then did things to my applications on purpose so I could not get a job and I have no record especially with 10 years of customer service and school to be exact and the constant under cover mess continues with no real help And I just wanted to let you know there is some illegal third party behavior going with me personally with altered and edited information Please do not accept any information about me because I have been provoked and harassed under cover by an ex and his new partner who is trying to sabotage my career and finances on purpose because of past situations and he is currently still trying to ruin my life I would like the opportunity to work but I dont want anything happening to where store workers or higher ups are lying on me on me purposely to owners and higher management which is happening right now luckily with the right documentation I can prove myself I have 10 years of customer care experience And I have exceptional skill Theres been a lot of illegal activity like I said so please watch out for anything with my name on it theres been alot of illegal activity going on in Orlando and I have been getting stalked heavily and harassed Thank you

I was rudely hung up on when I received wrong order and gentlemen didn’t give me a minute to explain. Hung up on me 4 times I’m very disappointed

Horrible as of today I was treated worse than the gutter the person who answered the phone four times hung up on me before he can say hello nothing on the other end I tried to say hello and I got hung up on after one second and then on the fourth time he spoke to me and he said he cant do anything for me and I asked him his name and he hung up on me again after two minutes. Unacceptable.

On Sunday January 29th I ordered online 15 wings for pickup. When I got home there was only 13 pieces of wings. So I called to conplain . I was told by Tiffany that I could come bmurph918@***.com

Thinking come back for 2 pieces of chicken wings. *** no. Bottom line I called on Monday and Stephanie told me to come in and receive a 10 piece of wings. No cost. Excellent. You always hear of the negative and this unhappy customer was absolutely pleased with the end result. You've found a new loyal customer. Kudos to a job well done...
