Garbage Product - Even Worse Customer Support

Have been waiting for a warranty replacement on 3 sets of outdoor lighting that stopped working properly after a few months. They agreed to a warranty replacement in March 2023. It's currently the end of August 2023, and the items still haven't shipped. I even chose a different product because the original one was "out of stock" and the chosen replacement was "in stock". When contacting them for an update, they only tell me that the shipping department is "backed up." Regardless of my item being in stock. I asked to escalate, and they won't give any additional contact info. You can ONLY contact them by email, and they will not escalate the issue.

Ceiling fan light

Humidifier stopped working

HORRIBLE Customer Support and Warranty

I purchased a Honeywell wireless doorbell in 2022, and it stopped working. We replaced the batteries in both units, and it still didn't work. I called Honeywell Home Customer Service to troubleshoot the product, and the agent walked me through a reset. After resetting the device, it still would not work unless both units were side by side. Honeywell Home has refused to replace the unit unless I have the box and the receipt. I explained that we no longer had the box or receipt because we had purchased a new home and those items had been discarded as trash. The agent hung up the phone and did not call back to complete the call. DO NOT BUY HONEYWELL PRODUCTS. The company will not back up their products. We were asked to return the item to the store in the box and with the receipt and the store would be responsible NOT HONEYWELL for exchanging the product. That is a poor policy, and Honeywell does not stand by its products.

NO continuing support.

I currently have a Honeywell Lyric Round thermostat. It is less than five years old. While it was branded as a smart device, that nonsense has gone out the window as it no longer connects to the wifi. Searching the internet, I found, Honeywell no longers offers ANY support for this device. The website also goes as far as suggesting new devices you should purchase instead. While the device does work manually, this is not why it was purchased.

System sucks

I was on hold about a novar issue three times in one day for at least one hour and forty five minutes each time. I was at Wal mart store 1395 . I finally gave up and went home without resolving the problem. NOT IMPRESSED!

Thermostat not working

My thermostat wasn't working And. Now it's working !!! Thanks to Honeywell.. the representative was friendly. Easy to talk to and knowledgeable .. after we talked and I sent her a pic she was able to get me straight..It was very hot in my house so I truly appreciate all of the help she provided..
