I could not begin to tell you what a scam is being run on your Customers if I were Hanna I will be embarrassed no I would be really really *** about the way Honda products are being sold in central Florida... If I don't get this resolved I'm gonna contact the state Attorney General's office I feel bad for Honda but you turn a blind eye on what's going on

The dealership where I bought my side x side really seems not to want to help me.
Bought it in June of 2021. Has a handle missing since then. They still havent sent it to me. Called last week and asked if I could cancel my 5 year warranty because I was thinking of selling it. They keep saying the guy will call back and never does

Technical question on a 2001 Honda Rancher TRX350FE ATV
My dealer cant answer my question. I have had earlier models of Honda ATVS where I serviced the transfer case. I believe there is one on my 2001 Rancher TRX 350FE but I cant get the information needed from my dealer. What oil and how much?

Heating problem
My friend , and his wife are elderly,and purchased a new Honda 1000 pioneer and no one told them that they had a overheating problem .I was interested in one until this happened .they can't stand this sever heat problem .his name Don Cooper.purchased from Holzhauer power sports Nashville IL.I feel like they should get a refund on this atv .they are older in poor health , they have tried to fix this problem. Still tremendous heat .can't enjoy this machine .please contact them with this matter. Their # 812453**** The coopers .

We just bought a pioneer 1000-5 deluxe and the warranty wont cover repairs needed. We only have 300 miles on it and has been easy riding situations. Terrible service!

Heat /oil leaks/front hood latches/oil checking
i thought i was buying a sidexside little did i know i bought a $25,000 bbq grill that looks exactly like a honda pioneer 1000-5 it can cook 400 plus pounds of meat in less than a hour even with aftermarket heat shielding installed. purchased on 3-2-22 took in shop for 100 mi first service now im parking over cardboard to catch all the oil dripping from dct oil filter cover and other places.now checking oil constantly because of leaks and is a real pain in the &$# im not a first timer in sxs but first honda sxs had 4 wheelers in past with no problems have a 700 rhino 12 years old not one issue in 12 years .

No dealer service on Maui
There is no longer a service dealer for a Honda on the island of Maui. I now have to ship my motorcycle to another island for repair. The whole reason I bought the Honda was because of the service department availability. Other brand dealers did not have service for their products at that time. Im Upset that I need to have that additional expense of overseas shipping to have my quad fixed!

Motor smokes.
purchased two 202* 250x for my twin boys. One of them is on its third rebuild, smokes like crazy, just like it did on original setup. First rebuild dealer told me it was my fault due to dirty air filter. So at first rebuild we purchased breakin oil, new filter and oil cleaner, and oil. 3 months later it started smoking again. We took it back to dealer, and again they put blame on my 14 year old son. They said once again it was due to dirty filter. I explained that I have another quad tha is for my sons twin and its never had any issues. They did not care that I had compared the two. I believe that something is wrong with it and they wont cover any of the repairs. 3rd piston in 15 months is crazy. Ive owed Kawasaki, yamaha all my life(43), and never had such issues. This will be the last Honda.

Dealer refusing to refund iteams
we purchased a Goldwing a on May 22nd We at that time ordered several additional options. We were told a week later that they were all on back order. We requested they cancel these options. We have made several request to have these items canceled. We called again today and they said they have to charge us a restocking fee of 20% because several of the items came in. Yet we request the cancellation on all of them months ago. We are being told they could not cancel the items until they received them. Which guaranties that we get charged this 20% restocking fee for something we told them we did not want.
