Worst service of my active 6g

Irresponsibility for custody of "key" during service. Arrogant staff and no apologize. Technical service is very poor.

Compliant service centre

Unicorn 150 cc. Selfstater problem. Battery was good . Carbonbrush damaged. But service centre telling selfmotor totally changed only. Carbanbrush not only change. Sk Honda sales and service. Tiruchirappalli.Tamilnadu.

Very bad product & service from rohini honda Rithala

Hi, I believe that Honda being a branded company has really good customer service and products, but recently I have experienced an event that makes me not believe in it anymore. Recently, I purchased a Smart tech Activa scooty only to have it break down within the next ten days. The even worse thing was that I couldn't get any support from the showroom staff. I firmly believe that you will resolve this matter at the earliest.

Bike Service Complaint

I serviced my honda unicorn bike at Vikash Motors Theni months back and suddenly engine has collapsed few days ago then I contacted service center and handover bike again. They did investigation and say that again I have to 20K and above, Since it not my fault can you please do the needful for it. Poor co operation from service centre

Please find the attached, I paid advanced on 5 may but service order the wiring kit on 20th may but still wiring kit not received yet. I compliant on 19th after only they ordered wiring kit why? Worst service center and customer care Till not received reply for below ticket I have complaint on 19th may ticket no 111478****641 Still vehicle not ready worst customer care, Worst complaint center, Worst service center.

Grievance not addressed since long time

Refer : COMPLAINT TICKET NO.1-11382****229 Veh. Reg.No.MH03DG4101 I am facing problems again to avail service using my AMC coupons (I have 4 balance left with me). I checked with Vihaan Honda and they are not confirming if I can use the coupon at their service station. I am utterly disappointed to go begging every time after having paid for AMC in advance. I demand that you refund the amount of AMC for the 4 balance service unavailed immediately. Best regards Sunil

Battery ki warranty 18 months ka hota hai par Tirupati Honda, Rosera, Samastipur ne 16 and half months me battery kharab hone par v battery change nahi kiye. Ab mai consumer court jaun ya nahi?

Honda activa 6G, the worst vehicle ever I have got. First in my life time I have choosen Activa 6G but I never thought I will have to face such a bad experience with it.Neither Honda dealer nor Honda company is responding to the issue that I am facing technically on my two wheeler that too under warranty and not completed every 1 year.

I purchased Honda Activa 6G on April 2022. Registration No. TN03 8400. Dealer: Balaji Honda, Chennai-600019 I am experiencing a wired issue with this new vehicle. In last 10 months, I have visited service center Several times for the same problem, the vehicle get completely dead and does not start at all. I experience this issue within every 15 days to 1 month. The issue goes like this, it stops while running and does start. I have to wait on the middle of road for 15 mins for the miracle to happen that vehicle get started. After travelling some distance the issue repeats. I dont trust traveling on this vehicle as we dont know when it will stop! and when it will start! This issue was explained to the dealer (Balaji Honda, Chennai-600019) and they issue a Job card for rectification and hold the vehicle for 7 -10 days and return to me saying they have rectified the issue and they have not observed the issue again. But this repeats again within one months. But this time this vehicle does not last long even for 7 day's. I received the vehicle from service center on 18-Feb. I too paid Rs 998- as a extended warranty amount for this vehicle while receiving. I raised this issue with Honda Customer service but no updates. I followingup with customer service almost every day but no resolution neither N update on this case I am frustrated, i am worried now I chose wrong brand of two wheeler where the company is not responding to an issue. One the sales is done they dont care about customers and the vehicle. My vehicle is under warranty, the hond service center people are not able to diagnose the issue and provide permanant fix. I am also worried that honda service engineers are capable to technically fix the problems. I have created a ticket with cistomer service team to grt my vehicle replace as it is still under warranty. If they cannot replace then fix the problem permanantly that I am facing and provide commitment that this similar issue would not occur for atleast next 1 year. I belive i have afIr ask here when I have spent almost 1 lakh rupees to purchase this two wheeler. Hoping thjs grevience team whould help to take this case to next level.
