There should be some of these buffets in place of old country buffet
As Old Country Buffet is closing its doors like in the Lehigh Valley Mall Whitehall Mall area. That should be a new Buffet place for Home Town Buffett. Hopefully this can be a new Buffet chain to grow.

I am contacting headquarters to find out if Hometown Buffet Corprate Office still be reopening and nearby cities I am also requesting for restaurants of hometown buffet to open up and cities like Victorville California Hesperia California in Adelanto I would also like to add that hometown buffet closing down broke a lot of hearts because families with large numbers depended on hometown to be their place of refuge to eat and fellowship with their family and friends if possible can there be a restoration of hometown buffet.

Horrible conditions at one of your locations
My family and I a party of 9 dined at your location in N. Richland Hills Tx. At 7660 Grapevine, Hwy. The air wasnt working, there were any clean tables, only on person cleaning table, dirty plates stacked up on tables. Very limited desserts were available for us . Therefore we ate no dessert. The floor was dirty, paper was on the floor in several areas. The bathroom dirty.

I worked at HomeTown buffet and got laid off due to covid-19. ALL THE HOMETOWN BUFFET BUSINESSES HAVE BEEN SHUT DOWN OR PERMANENTLY CLOSED, ALL PHONE LINES ARE BUSY OR SHUT OFF I have yet to receive my w2 I cannot get ahold of the consumer, manager or the corporation HELP

Bad service nasty food dirty bathrooms
The restroom gross smell like *** the middle stall had water all over floor. You could smell urine in lobby then food sucks then was at desert bar the cake so dry and stale they cut pies but put scraps on plate really the the one food server was putting cookies on tray touching with hands she also handles the food never has gloves on . i have loved hometown for years but has gone downhill .

also there needs to be someone out there kinnda when there is kids there helping them selves as I have seen so many times them putting hands in to get food out over by ice cream machine putting there finger up into ice cream that was dripping down and get some put in there mouth then doing it again and also into the ice cream candy toppings something needs to be done about this that is disgusting

we went to the one here in Oregon last night for supper got our food set down to eat the hot food and went to cut into our pieces of chicken and both of ours had blood coming out so when the waitress came over to pick up our plates I told her about the chicken she said she would go tell the mgr and I asked if they were going to get more chicken out that was more fresh as you could tell that this had been chicken had been there for awhile well we waited over 25 minutes went back up no new chicken said something to a person and he said oh yeah we got more cooking so waited longer wait back up several times to see if new had been put out nope I resaid something to the same server as before that didn't go no where and also I went to go up and get a slice of ham and beef no one around to even cut some stood there over 15 minutes or so on that and also crab salad had very little crab in it and huge chunks of celery and that is hard for my hubby to eat they usally cut in smaller pieces no problem you better change things or people are going to quit coming in we always love it before

When they suspend you, it means you're fired, and they will not pay unemployment unless you get a lawyer. Especially if you work in stockton among thieves and vultures. like Regina Bawer who is racist hates mexicans and Antonia madrigal who on vicodin everyday And David Morales who is a director and thief. They dock your wages and treat their workers unfairly. They harass you and take kindness for being a fool. and Antonia the paissa like to hire homies so she get a chance to take them to her house and screw them.

The Manager Martin is the Devil he is so rude Nasty looks at you crazy and eats more food than the customers he does not honor coupons he is rude rude rude the worst person I have ever seen in a food establishment and I wont ever ever ever eat there again or tell my friends and family not to eat there I had a coupon for kids eat free and he still charged me. His whole staff have quit because he is a Monster!! I hope they close that place down and never open again until they get a decent person that will run it well iam also contacting the health department because I got sick twice in there! The bathrooms are filthy and they dont wash their hands before handling the food! I dont know why they are still open for business people are going to hear me because I will tell everyone I know not to eat there! Tell Martin to wash his hands and his mouth out with soap!!

My 16yr old son scooped food mashed potatoes on spoon and stuck it in his mouth to eat it and felt something hard and weird on his spoon took it out and he had old crusted food on his spoon! He was so disgusted I told waitress and all she did was take spoon, as we sat there my son stared to have a panic attack thinking about it so I got up and asked the woman at the pay station to come and explain the whole how they wash the dishes (sanitary) she did and asked if I talked to a manager I said no. The woman called the manager and all she did was say sorry and gave us a coupon for a dollar off! At this point we left my daughter, son and I were disgusted. I come frequently and my kids and grandkids love it! I just believe there is very poor management and unprofessional how they handled my sons situation. Since the opening of this restaurant it has slowly declined not only in the taste of food but I believe it to be a health hazard the walls the floors are filthy they don't keep the food prep area as clean as they used to I will not eat in this place anymore I don't believe that the health department here in Medford is really doing their job there are several places in Medford that are in the same filthy condition and there's no words to describe the walls and it has not got any better since the new management took over he said he would change it up and clean things up but he did not in fact it is only gotten worse I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone it is so sad because there's not very many restaurants to choose from here and this area

FANTASTIC SPACE FOR 85th BIRTHDAY PARYU
We booked the room at the Torrance location, 3520 W Carson for a party. The room was fantastic. The food was great. The staff was very helpful and everyone had a wonderful time. Kudos to Tony and staff!

The worst experience I’ve ever had
