*** poor customer service - Home&Office Coffee
Ordered from Home & Office Coffee / Pine Mountain Springs. They sent me incorrect item ( sent a $250 coffee maker, not the $70 in coffee I ordered). Then they insisted on driving to my home to pick up the incorrect item and deliver the correct products. ( their office - 25 miles away and they were coming this way_). As a courtesy and since I wanted what I ordered, I agreed. They dropped off my order and picked up the coffee maker. Later I opened my box and saw one of the 4 items I ordered was incorrect? ( now I am really starting to wonder about this company. I requested a replacement and call tag to send incorrect item back. They refused, said I had to pay to send incorrect item back. OK, I am confused.....Why do I have to pay to ship the incorrect item back? Really poor customer service - Avoid then at all cost Bill
