Cleaning not done

The cleeaner did half the dusting and spent 2 hours on my bathrooms i thought this was strange but i didnt want to say anything to them. I had them when they called to do my windows and nothing done.I need someone to clean my windows.

First visit she overcharged by 2 hours

She arrived and and worked 1 1/2hours and charged me for 5 hours yesterday she didnt even show up Whatever she used to dust left streaks on my good furniture.

Payment issue

I got charged after the first visit been paid couple weeks ago I want to know why you charging me, I want to get refunded for that money for no service

No one can give me an answer

Cant get an answer, horrible company, they give you the runaround, you cant get no one to give you any answers at all their phone numbers just hang up on you. They dont care about no one but themselves in the money.

Cannot reach customer service

My account got suspended for 24 hours for a client cancelled and said I did but I have proof I did not she did not cancel. I drove all the way out to the home to be sent home.

Cleaners no show and very unprofessional and tacky

Cleaners no show are late and theres no one to contact to get resolution. I tried to reach out multiple times and no response at all.

SCAM company!! Do not use!

DoThey have predatory billing practices and their cleaning is NOT $19!! Its a LIE! They charge you whenever they want and make up charges as soon as they have your credit card then when you go to cancel the fraudulent service, they will try to charge you another $200-300!! The trick is to cancel your credit card BEFORE you cancel their service so they cant charge you!!! Total SCAM!!They are not even listed with BBB!!

Exceptional service at the highest of standard!

I moved to California from Washington State a few years back with my former partner I worked with at a huge law firm.. anyhow there was never any extra time to clean, so we hired a woman named Kara who works for HomeAglow. This woman went above and beyond our every expectation, she cleaned things and organized stuff in which we didn't even ask of her. She didn't skip a beat. We look forward to hiring her on for a once or twice a week gig, if she would take the offer job well done.

I think it’s unfair

Someone rescheduled last minute when I was 10 minutes away for next Saturday I'm not available for next Saturday o feel like it's wrong because I've drove out there 45 minutes away and had to drive back without nothing at all

Very Dissatisfied

My wife is disabled, she has several heart conditions, has had 6 strokes, and is wheelchair bound. Needless to say she has her good days and bad. I ended up having to cancel with less than 24 hours' notice because she was having a particularly bad day. The policy is if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you cannot get a refund. This means they charge you for a service that they never provide! So the scheduled cleaner shows up and I told her that I had tried cancelling. She said that's OK let them charge you and i will work with you to clean on a later date. And then she ghosted me. So she got her payment, homeaglow got their payment, and I got nothing! All because of a policy that essentially says "We don't care if you're disabled, we just want our money" I lodged a formal complaint on homeaglow's site and never got a response. This is theft!!!

Complaint

Cleaner broke my cabinet glass door. I sent numerous emails and prove, no one responded to me. So disappointing. I need someone to contact me about the damage!

Got charged and never use service

Bought a voucher for $19 and additional hours the total was $79 home glow never showed up charge my credit card never showed up someone need to call as soon as possible this is fraudulent as telling people's money I do not want to get an attorney involved but no one showed up someone need to call me as soon as possible 317-727-**** I am disabled veteran and I feel that they have taken advantage of me charge my account no one showed up now I'm going through ups and downs to try to get my money back I just want some help since me and my husband both are disabled I guess like they say if it's too good to be true it is someone need to get back with me as soon as possible you're not being truthful and you stealing people's money and you have to put your charge card up and they charge you even if they never come to your home this is happening to me please contact me ASAP thank you very much

Unable to Receive Service

I signed up for Dazzling Cleaning Service on 12/16/2023 and have only been able to get a cleaner to come to my house once after they rescheduled last minute or no showed several times. That cleaner then charged me for 5 hours but was only here for 3. She denied my request for an adjustment. Since then, not one appointment has been kept. It seems that Dazzling Cleaning is unable to fulfill any of my request for cleaning but is charging me the monthly service fee and will not let me out of the agreement.
