Damaged product, no replacement and delivery or no refund

I bought a Vendome Curio Cabinet on 4/20/2021. I paid $2,092.34 for it. It was delivered on July 2022 a year later. When it was delivered, it was damaged. The delivery guys did not take it off the truck. The glass was broken and shattered. They took it back to Home Cinema Center. I tried to reach Home Center with no luck. I received an email months later saying you are not supposed to send back damaged product . This email came after l had already sent it back.I have tried to reach Home Cinema Center since 2021 with no luck. It is now 2023. This is bad business. I want what l paid for and for what is due to me, a replacement and delivery or a $2,092.34 refund.

Sent wrong furniture set

Home Cinema Center is a very rude person name Marc Burnetter that answers the phone. They sent the wrong set and want me to pay to ship it back. The guy is rude and hangs up the phone every time. I went through PayPal to get our money back. He said he could have someone pick the item up. Now wants me to pay for it.

Ordered the desk in October. Email stated the item would ship on January 15th?? Is this information correct? We will be moving in about 2 weeks. Order # 49133

I am very unhappy with the customer service and not getting any information on why the product that order has not shipped but my credit card has just recently been charged. I placed this order back on 04/27/2022 3:19 PM PST and less than 2 weeks ago my credit card has been charged. I called to find out about shipping and why I have no information on if the product will arrive or not. My son called on Monday 09/12/2022 and the man that he spoke with was rude and told him that someone would contact me within 48 hours. I received no call and so I called today 09/15/2022 and the man that answered the phone was rude. I would like someone to reach out to me as soon as possible. If I don't hear back from someone today before 3:00 PM EST I will be contacting my credit card company to get credit back for a purchase that I never received and I will contact the Better Business Bureau to report your company. This is unacceptable!

I ordered a dining room set in Dec 2021

It was back ordered until June 6 2022. I call customer service in April just to see if anything has changed. The man that answered was a rude *** He said you can thank the man in the White House. I called later and he said you will have to send an email. I did. They sent a copy of the original order and added nothing. Then I called on June 10th and he was still rude as *** So I sent another email and the shipping date changed from June 6 to August 13 so I cancelled the order. Do not doe business with these people as long as the man is still working there. Martin Hoover

Bad service and communications!

Have tried to resolve issues and when they failed, stopped answering e-mails. Their policy is never speak to a customer for warranty service by phone so now I have a $6500 sectional thats worthless!

Was calling home cinema theater to make sure that I had ordered a extra sidetable before saying I didn't receive but instead was told to take pictures and send in will review within 20 days rude rude rude then wouldn't answer my call straight to voicemail ask for supervisor to call back will see..

Rude man who talked down to me and hung up I just want my money back

He was rude the first time saying he will call in two days never did. I did the twice , I told him he was being inappropriate and he did t care I just want my money back in a check form please. We no longer have the credit card

No ETD for unit purchased

I called customer service after emailing them and getting no response. He asked me for the order number. Instead of waiting for 30 seconds for me to pull it up, immediately put me on hold without saying anything. When I called back, he put me on hold again-he defended his behavior after I told him to let me know if hes going to put me on hold. Really rude. After he put me on hold multiple times, he curtly said he doesnt know anything but I should hear something in 2 days. He barely got his last word out before hanging up. Bottom of the barrel customer service.

Bed set arrived damaged

The associate is rude and the shipping was horrible This is a broken bedside and you guys are treating me disrespectful you can come get this bad sad Im going to contact the financing company and send them pictures and let them know that you sent me a damaged product

Very rude costumer service representative!

I have called your company regarding an order Ive placed online. I was very rudely taken care by a representative! No human being deserves to be treated like that, not even if I wasnt a client! Of course Im a client who will never come back!

Rude Customer Service

Please do not waste your money on the extended warranty. I have been trying to make a claim for months. I was told that I needed to send pictures of the damage which I did, several times. I did close-up pictures so they could see the actual tears. The gentleman was so rude. He told me my pictures didn't help. They that they needed a big picture of the entire set. It would have been nice if some had explained that months ago and his tone was very unprofessional. Nevertheless, I will send a big picture. I told the man he was very rude with his tone and he hung up. Wow! Terrible customer service. I will be writing a Google review as well as a yelp review on this company

Because

The man who answered was the rudest person Ive ever had the displeased encountering. I was luckily spared and relieved of his disgusting character, the moment I asked if I could speak to someone else and he hung up on my face. Im fortunate to have saved my $1000 that was about to spend on a dining table. Thanks for letting me know your business is a scam so that I could dodge it altogether

Cancel order #45283

Called a number of times and talked to a very RUDE man that said they would call me back in 2 business days. I did this several times over the last 2 months and never got a call back!
