Please do not send anything else

Im again requesting you stop sending deliveries to my home. The first shipment was left on my doorstep for God knows how long. The food inside the bags spoiled. Then I received another shipment with shrimp. Im highly allergic to seafood. That was last straw. Do not send any further shipments

They took money and I didn't order food

They took 43.36 out of my cking account and I didnt order food!!! They had no right to take money out since I didnt select food.

I canceled my whole program & was still charged $108 to my bank acct

I canceled the entire program & was still charged on my bank account this needs to be rectified & the $ placed back into my bank account

Refun money left on account

Unable to cooked meals. Need to buy the meals that are already made and just have to be heated in the microwave.

BBB complaint filed with extensive detail and documents. Home Chef responded with disregard, misdirection and stonewalling, failing to address the issues presented.

BBB responded "We understand you are NOT satisfied with the business’s response and we have noted your dissatisfaction in our files.

We regret, we were unable to reach your desired resolution, the business has provided BBB with its position. This matter is now closed in BBB files, and will appear in the company’s BBB Business Review as: “Answered - the business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer remains dissatisfied.”"

Corrupt horrible company. This company is operating a scam with false advertising of free meal promotion and gift cards. Their system treats gift cards as a discount which they then allege you cannot use the gift card and the promotion. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint which they treated with misdirection, failure to respond to the issues presented and complete disregard. When I persisted, they assumed a hard stand and refused to address the issues. The BBB complaint filed is Complaint ID # 1938****- Home Chef. I will continue to pursue this through law enforcement and judicial avenues.

Order

Hello, I am notifying you about a charge on my bank account for $33.97 that needs to be refunded back. I did not place this order. I never heard of Home Chef. I will contact my back also. Thank you, Joyce

Very disappointed with the customer service

Again my box came without recipes and vegetables that have gone bad. When I called customer service they said they would email me the recipes and I would have to print them. I dont even have a printer at my home which means I would have to drive to a nearest staples and pay to print the recipes. Very poor customer service. Home Chef is not cheap, nothing should be missing from the box and all ingredients should be fresh!

Watch out! They make you sign up prior with a credit card before they give you the real details! I will never do business with a company like this.

Extremely unhappy

Your driver made an attempt to deliver package at 6;30 am. I was asleep and no effort was made to ring the bell to let him in to make delivery. Got a message that said package would be delivered tomorrow. Your advertising says packages will be delivered between 8am and 8 pm. I expect my package to be delivered today, this is *** service in my book! Your delivery service is cutting corners and making you look bad and damaging your reputation

Emergency reschedule

Because of medical issues, I have had to postpone delivery of Home Chef indefinitely. The Company has been prompt in their response and more than fair.

Delivery dates not reliable, unrealistic.

Delivery will b assure fresh food! A 4 to 5 days after scheduled date. Champaign Il to St Louis is a 2 hr drive.

Did not receive one meal in my delivery

I received a meal I did not order but with no instructions. I did receive the instructions for the meal I did not receive.

Poor delivery and unusable food

It started out great but For the past 2 1/2 months, I can think of only one time that our box been delivered on the scheduled delivery day of Thursday. Fridays used to be our scheduled delivery day, but when our boxes weren't being delivered on that day, we decided to switch to Thursdays, thinking that there were a lot of Friday deliveries. The boxes were delivered on time for awhile The past two and a half months have been incredibly frustrating. Homechef credits our account promptly but that's not the point. We wanted what was promised. This week, delivery scheduled for Thursday, no box. Updated to Friday, no box. Updated to Monday which will once again result in unusable food. I can no longer count on the food which makes planning impossible. We are once again going to try a different delivery date, with little hope. It is so much hassle to expect, keep checking, is the box there?, looking for updated delivery info and finally having to call Home Chef yet again. We should of dumped them long ago. The meals are just ok, not a lot of flavor to very good. Worst part of all, my daughter lives 10 minutes away from us and her boxes are always on time. We will try the same delivery date as her. I am already checking with other food delivery services. Homechef may soon no longer making deliveries here.
