Unable to work with staff on pricing

I ended up booking 5 night at the quality inn hotel for 5 nights for 450.00 right down the street from you guys . This is like the 2nd or 3rd time I've had to change my booking . I'm not sure anymore if the valve is there with your company. I will be checking in tomorrow and only have till 5 to cancel my stay with Quality Inn . That's if you want my business. 828-246-**** Vernon Schuler and you guy's can't ever find my rewards card. I've ask for it several times

Young gentleman was so rude and called the cops. Totally acceptable, especially at the age of 63

I went to check in with my Priceline reservation. The young man at the front desk immediately became rude and said I could not check in until 3 pm I then went and got a yogurt He told me I could not have any food as I had not checked in yet Then, he told me to leave or he was calling the cops. I told him I was calling Priceline. The young man at Holiday Inn Express called the cops as I was waiting on hold for Priceline. I did leave and had to wait as Priceline was going to cancel. I never hear back from Priceline, so I go to Holiday Inn Express to check in. The girl at the desk,, told me I could not get a room, due to the incident this morning. Again, I call Priceline to now cancel. Finally, I was able to cancel and then had the headache of finding a new hotel. All this made me late for a work engagement as I still had to shower and get ready. I have never been treated with such disrespect and humiliation.

Need to report about my stay

Our experience was overall terrible. The type of experience no one should have to experience when staying at a resort on vacation. Our time there from start to finish was just one thing wrong after another. My husband and I had just taken our first vacation since Covid and we saved our money to return to Jeckyl Island. Ive been in the hospitality industry for 30 years and Ive also had my own housekeeping business as well. Both of these jobs I enjoyed and did very well. But this particular resort was a very dirty and unhappy place. No smiles or concerns of the hard working famalies that are staying at their resort for a fun and memorable vacation. When I went to the customer service counter for help or questions I was always told No I dont no or No I cant do that. Her name was Kim. I told her she should really smile a little and she replied this is how I look. And Made it a point to yell Have a nice day as I was walking out. I went the to see the property manager and gave her my number that she never gave to Valarie. Just typing this has my blood boiling that this resort has bad review after bad review and nothing is done to prevent another one. I never checked the reviews before we gave them $1000. Because I N E V E R saw this coming. If I owned this resort...I would shut it down and fix the issues and the staff and start again. The ones who control this property should be ashamed of themselves and the way they take money from people and produce poor customer service and surroundings.

Double billed

I reserved my visit through Hotel.com but was also charged even more by the hotel! No one is capable of helping me get my money back

Missing receipt

I asked the young man to email me the receipt for my company paid stay. After not receiving it for 6 hours, I called back and spoke with a woman about needing my receipt emailed to me, and she said she would send it. After 14 hours from my first request, I tried to call back, but now the call won't even go through. I was passed off and called corporate to help, now I wait to see if it will be resolved!

Horrible costumer sevice

The receptionist at the hotel was highly unprofessional and belligerent, and the hotel was expensive and had an unpleasant odor. There were frequent intrusions of people entering and exiting the hotel, and I was awoken by the sound of a door slamming. Furthermore, the shuttle service was substandard, with the driver being highly unprofessional and making me wait for 45 minutes to be picked up from the Fort Lauderdale Airport Shuttle, which is a mere 5 minutes away from the hotel. All in all, this was an unsatisfactory experience, and I would not recommend it.

Stayed at the wrong Holiday Inn Express, was not notified

I am on business travel from Minnesota to Ohio. My company, BAE Systems, has a negotiated price, $98, with Holiday Inn Express Dayton - Beavercreek within per diem. I booked 5 nights from 7/23/23 to 7/28/23. I landed in Dayton, late and exhausted, and drove to the wrong Holiday Inn Express. The front desk attendant did not inform me I was at the wrong Inn, despite stating I am Checking In, meaning I already have a reservation. I stayed the night, and after mapping my route to my worksite, I realized what had happened. No one made an effort to notify me that I was in the wrong hotel, despite them both being Holiday Inn Express hotels. I talked to the Beavercreek front desk and no one made an effort to contact me. I was charged $171.56 for the room I was not supposed to stay in. This will not be covered by my company for this stay. I have already paid for 5 nights and would like a refund for the room I was not meant to stay in. My confirmation #s are: 8579**** / 8702****

Harassment, belittling, and abuse of elderly veteran couple

My elderly parents whos youngest son recently died in the military were refused their reservation, demanded they produce medical proof of disability and their dogs service records, then when bystanders began taking notice he gave the couple their room but loudly yelled that he was charging them $300 additional for their dog. The ADA and Oklahoma law prohibit public accommodations from charging a special admission fee or requiring you to pay any other extra cost to have your service animal with you. These were my parents and instead of responding with violence Im going to share the video and story on every social media platform so people know how the holiday in ln express in broken arrow Oklahoma treats elderly war veterans

No answer given for the inconvenience and lack of phone service

Waited a hour to check in room was not ready. Get to the room no chair or couch, phone does not work and the floor is filthy with sticky dirt!

Not what I ordered

On Jun 28th after traveling 10+ hrs, I decided to call it a night and looked up the closest hotel and found the Holiday Inn Expess & Suites, 9250 Boyd Cooper, Montgomery Alabama. I call you reservation line and asked for 1 room with 2 queen beds, and confirmed availability. I arrived at location only to be told they have no rooms with 2 queen beds because some help didn't come in to clean rooms, and they weren't sure how the rooms were being rented. So I was offered a single bed and sofa sleeper ... I was tired and frustrated and took the room. When I got to the room there was no bedding for the sofa sleeper, so I had to go get the bedding. Bottom line is I confirmed 2 Queen Beds and got 1 Queen bed and a sofa sleeper that I had to go and retrieve bedding for and make it ... very dissatisfied and feel nothing short of a full refund or credit for the entire amount for a future stay.

Roaches

This hotel has roaches only stayed one night checked out after being moved to 2 different rooms. I am owed a refund for two nights not got it yet abs they are going to charge me for be first night if *** moving room to room and having to sleep in a roach Hotel! Absolutely horrible! Manger Joe needs to be fired and I need my money back for this headache!

I booked to stay 2 nights in Holiday Inn express perth scotland. Far too noisy in public areas and my room was next door to the lounge so only stayed one night instead of two. I also thought this hotel had a swimming pool as per website photos. This hotel does not have a pool.i have screenshot photos to prove thus uf you contact me by email.

Though tube usual channels were very unproductive and ineffective, I did tell the long story to the manager at the actual hotel we stayed at. It ended up $60 less than what they were going to charge me.

She also told me not to book on third party on line sources even though they look like holiday inn express. So beware.

I did get a standard long and defeating reply. I was trying to get some results as I made the reservation. I even called the person at the hotel and she tried on the website. I kept the reservation and said let me try invade website was scam. Several emails and calls later I gave up. Yesterday l ihg person gave excuse for price. I have lice of prices I didnt get and of the reply email from best price. So pissed.

Issue with stay

We stayed at Holiday inn in Okmulgee Oklahoma we were awoken in the middle of the night to rain coming in through ceiling on top of our belongings we were moved to second room where TV did not work clerk worked on but was unable to fix it we were wide awake after having to dry belongings repack and move rooms we got no sleep general manager refused to speak to me had someone else call and say no refund after speaking several times with rewards center on 04/12/23 a supervisor said the most she could do was apply 18800 Goodwill points to our account that has not happened i have reached out by phone and through filling out issue forms online I'm hoping to hear back from someone we are supposedly gold elite members but do not feel that way we traveled and stayed alot at holiday inn during 2019 and after covid are beginning to travel again i am rethinking our loyalty to holiday inn after this issue

Impossible to get a bill or receipt

I've been travelling for work for a little less than 10 years. During that time, I've stayed in Holiday Inn Expresses from Missouri to Massachusetts, and from Alabama to Michigan, about 8-10 weeks per year. I really don't understand why it is so difficult to obtain a receipt or a bill or something that shows my employer a breakdown of the charges. This morning I spent a total of 2 hours and 45 minutes trying to get a receipt from a recent 4-day stay. After speaking to the 4th or 5th person, I was told that I should call back in 24-48 hours because of a problem with their email. Over the years, this has been pretty typical. They have updated and changed my "membership" multiple times, using my personal email address as well my corporate email address. They have changed my phone number back and forth from my home phone to my work phone and back, and they have changed my name several times as well because they keep getting the spelling wrong. I still don't know what I gain by having a membership other than to get reservation confirmations and countless spam emails from them. But, as always, there is some problem with my membership that prevents me getting a receipt or a bill from them. Whenever my wife and I travel for vacation, we are always told that there is a problem with the membership. As of this morning, my confirmation number from this week's stay shows that I did not stay at the hotel. (But they sure did bill my credit card!) My employer caps the amount they will let me expense without a bill or a receipt; credit card statements are not permitted by or payroll system. In the next 5 weeks, I will be travelling to Rhodes Island for work for a week, followed by 2 weeks in Arizona. I will not be staying at Holiday Inn for any of those business trips.

BedBugs

The first two nights my daughter and I was ate up with bug bites while we were asleep aka bed bugs. I told hotel staff they changed me rooms no refund or service other than free kids meal with a purchase of adult food (15$ plate to save 5$) I would like the 2 days paid back to me the rest of the days after that was fine
