See if my order has been recieved

Canceling an order that was started and the keep adding item in my cart .. 2 items have now turned into 9

Order messed up.. can’t cancel what’s in the cart.. every time I want to see what’s in the cart it keeps adding something else in which I don’t know cause I can’t see!

*** ordering system and no help the emails are no help! Cant see whats in the cart.. every time I try to see whats in the cart I get another item in it *** customer service and cant call! I keep telling them to cancel the order maybe the I can order the flying Spider-Man and card

My experience with Hobbytron was resolved with me receiving a substitute item of my choice

Item was lost in the mail and sent to wrong address but has since been resolved after the merchandise was no longer available, I was offered a substitute item of my choice. After 3 weeks I received that item.

Very unsatisfactory. Never received merchandise that was ordered ok n Dec 2021

Has numerous threads of messages from company and postal service. As they tracked it down in which the item was returned to Hobbytron. For dad one reason it was not forwarded to me. Hobbytron claim that due to high demand that the item was no longer available. So they offered me the. Option of selecting another item of the same value. Last I heard it was to be shipped ASAP with the tracking # sent to my email address. No tracking #sent as and no response to my emails. They did not suggest a refund.

I was sent the wrong toys

I was sent the wrong item and very disappointed because the gift was for Xmas for my Grandson and he was unable to open it

Toy wont work opened up at christmas never ran

Can't get ahold of anyone to talk to to get toy replaced got two and one don't work need two talk to someone or get email on replacement of this item

Item Finally Arrived

After no communication or updates for many days I finally mysteriously received the package tracking number and the package arrived. Thanks for the followup, I would recommend a solid customer experience and response team be assigned to this vendor to avoid these issues, especially during the holiday when timing is extremely important. Happy Holidays!!

Lots of phone numbers but no way to talk to anyone. I paid for my order and haven t gotten anymore texts or msgs fron anyone regarding this order. Im afraid it's a scam.

I did not receive my order it said that it was returning to the sender

Ill let you guys know already that I placed an order on December 2, 2021, they sent an email to me letting me know that my package was being delivered on 9th of December, On December 10 I check the tracking to see when it was going to be delivered and it stated that there was a wrong apartment number are no apartment number on the order which was not true. It also stated that it would be returned to sender. I sent a picture of my order confirmation with the apartment number and address On it also I sent a picture of the tracking. I need to know how will you guys resolve this issue.

Trying to track my order
