Orange ORX USB Dongle
I jusr received my dongle from Hobbyking ,I watched tons of video`s on how to using Spektrum DX6e transmitter. The Customs Declaration prepared by HobbyKing.com showed an actual shipping cost of £40 vs the £350 they charged me!

WARNING - I just ordered a Turnigy 20 6 cell 22.2V battery for £192.48. When I received the confirmation the shipping costs were quoted at £324.47. Since I had 2 Turnigy 4 cell LiPo batteries delivered a couple of weeks ago at a shipping cost of £70 I think misread the shipping cost as £32. I immediately contacted HobbyKing to cancel the order but they said it had already been collected so couldn't be cancelled. FedEx denied having collected it but said only HobbyKing could cancel the shipping. Utterly disgusting and smacks of a total con! I have already been stung for £82 import costs for the previous 2 batteries. All I want is a refund as no one in their right mind would pay over £500 for a single LiPo model battery

No response from hobbyking on issue
Two bad flap servos. Asked for replacement servos that locked up and burned up. Replaced myself and works fine.

79 days in transit
Ordered 6 propellers on March 10 from HK warehouse. It's June 11 and still no package. Last tracking entry was April 5. Clearly the package was lost somewhere between HK and its shipping carrier. Customer service keeps saying, "we're investigating." Any good business would have refunded the payment in a reasonable amount of time and moved on. Instead, they have lost my business for life.

Bad flap servos
Tooo many frigging hoops to jump through. I have bought over 25 planes just this year. Im done with this company.

Defective flap servos. Overheating. Burned decals under wing and eventually locked up. I replaced them and corrected problem.
All i asked for was replacement of servos. The reply was no record of purchase. It was bought by my wife for my birthday. Im new to this hobby but purchase over 25 airplanes in the past year. Obviously this did not set well with me.

I have all the programs in the P C I have the multifunction program box, USB linker and a ZTW program card and nothing will program these ESC'S I need someone to help solve this problem please or I have to return them, I would like to keep them but if you people can't help me solve this problem there are no good to me

Missing parts on ASW 28 glider
I got package but there were hardware missing to complete the ASW 28 glider and I dont have a Hobby Shop here. So i called and nothing left voicemail nothing. Good customer service would of called me right back.

Order still processing
I finally got a response from hobby king but the response was only related to part of my question and was pretty broad subject related. I'm pretty sure it was a generated response. I ordered from Adidas on a Thursday and was told delivery est was following Thurs. Friday it was shipped and delivery was updated to Monday by fed ex. So don't throw the covid crap around anymore. Why does hobby king suck at processing orders? I only ordered 3 things all USA warehouse location. It's probably going to stay listed as processing and hopefully one day it just shows up. If they can't keep me posted on where my $375 is at this is the last time I buy from them.

Customer service won't answer phone call
I was asking for the electronic equipment to operate a radio control (30") Hawker Hurricane and called the customer service number and was hung up. My Shipment number 10256**** the order number is 10272****.

Gouged for shipping cost.
I purchased one (1) propeller and the shipping was $6.50 (high for a item that weighs less than an ounce). I added a second propeller (same item) and I was again charged $6.50 for shipping. Normally (all other hobby stores) shipping is combined on small items so that this lack of customer care and satisfaction does not happen. Called tech support and found that they are completely clueless and have zero knowledge of shipping or any other company function. I will not shop at HobbyKing again and will continue with Horizon Hobby that cares about its customers. Do not shop at
