When they came to fit the blinds at our house, they have damaged all of the plasterwork, and the blinds have turned up dirty

Over the moon with my shutters

wow wow had shutters installed today they look great, so please the wait was worth it. the person who fixed them was charming took great care no mess took all the cardboard with him. Over the moon I be telling all my friends about hillarys jackie & john from chrilselhurst kent

We need our blind to be taken down and put it...

Faulty blind

i have emailed Hillarys about 8 times now and the only responce is they will get back to me within seven days which they never do.

Replacement. Should have been 17/12/ 2022 Am still waiting.

The blind we had fitted in the lounge was faulty We had an appointment date for a replacement on 17/ 12/ 2022. We are still waiting If you cannot fulfil this obligation, then I think we should get a refund for that blind. This is rubbish customer service. Not even any communication.

The most shocking company I have ever dealt with

Paid £1200 for blinds for my son . Blinds fitted looked shocking. Took me 5 months 47 phone call and 26 hours of my time ( I run my on business and had to close early just to speak to this shoving company) new blinds fitted. As bad as 1st lot . Will not give me new blinds or refund. Even though the fitter who fitted them said . I should get a total refund and compensation . I have now sent a letter of intent. As if they dont do either I will take them to small claims .

Appalling service

I booked for a agent to attend my holiday cottage for blinds, I informed them I was not attending but my builders were on site, I ordered samples so I could choose blinds once agent measured , I never hear from the agent again only 2 emails from Hillarys, I called twice however I was told to call agents mobile, I left a message but he could not be bothered to return my call. The samples never arrived. When I called head office they tried to speak with the agent who apparently hung up on them..What an unprofessional company.

Hillery's blind are disabeld discrimanation thay sent me an email yesterday for an apointment for today 23/08/22 Now when thay cauld me today and said i made the mistake only to find out thay over book apoinments now found a disability componey to do the job

My curtains constantly delayed

My curtains have been delayed four months now. I have paid in full Hilary's had been giving me dates they were arriving and letting me down. Now after 4 months they tell me they're out of stock. No updates this week They don't call manufacturers Unprofessional customer service who don't care and continue to upset me. Don't use them

Unable to contact anyone about our order change within the 2 day limit - incorrect numbers - VERY POOR

Good evening, we have paid your advisor HARBOUR £242.00 for blind order ref. H918. We are unable to contact him on the telephone number on the receipt, as it is coming up uncontactable, and we want to make some changes before the order is submitted for production. In the hope that someone reads my email in time... The changes are... white cassette, white bottom rod, and white chain. The material remains as listed and a piece inserted in the cassette pelmet as discussed. Please contact us as a matter of urgency, as we will be forced to cancel this order with our bank by the end of tomorrow. The enquiry email response of 7 days for your enquiries exceeds the change deadline stated on our receipt. There does not appear to be a customer service number anywhere on our paperwork. there is confusion who to call and what numbers are still correct. You have my details and contact numbers on our order so please call me ASAP CW

Poorly fitted blind

Today we eagerly waited for fitter to turn up with my new Hillary blinds. When the first blind was fitted I made a comment on how poorly the one blind was fitted. The fitter in my opinion is not capable to make a good job. When I made a remark saying that I was a carpenter joiner so more than qualified to make a comment about the way the first blind was fitted. He was under pressure in my opinion to get to another job. I will take this further as I dont expect to be waiting to long for the blinds to be fitted correctly. I HAVE PRINTED A COPY OF THIS AND WILL BE SENDING IT TO WATCH DOG

Not value for money

I put my total faith in the salesman and thought I would receive really high quality products but for £2000 I could have bought a sofa not a pair of short curtains & 4 roller blinds, Im so disappointed & dont expect them to respond to my phone call & emails. I should have read the reviews! I trusted them.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Company and agent got back to me, no issue.

There is no shortage of blind companies, but i am astounded at the could not care attitude of Hillarys, I had an appointment booked in North wales, not only did the rep not turn up, but after several phone calls, not one returned. Unfortunately for the rep, this particular job could have led to several more jobs on my rental properties, unprofessional and rude, customer services were just as unhelpful by telling me, they can only phone him, I will now be happy to give this job to a local company, who might actually appreciate the work.
