Motorcycle conversion kit
My name is Bob Martinez 520-271-****. Ordered a conversion kit for a 1985 Harley Davidson true glide with two headlights found the two headlight conversion kit at HID nations but they only sent me one lens and two bulbs. I need a second lens thats what was brought up when I put in the Motorcycle year type of motorcycle

I ordered some lights and paid extra for next day express shipping and received it 2 days later. They don't have a phone number to call. Have left emails to them and they will NOT RESPOND.
Need to return item and get REFUND. NO WAY TO GET THIS DONE!!! Will not answer emails and no phone #. Paid extra for next day shipping express and it took 2 days.

After months of trying to contact HID to resolve my issue, I have not heard back from anyone at HID to try to resolve my issue.
I purchased a set of lights from HID and when I received them one light was 1/2 as bright as the other one. Ive tried to contact HID to resolve the issue, but I cant get anyone to try to help me with resolving the issue.

They don’t honor their warranty that I paid for and I was sent the wrong product
When I contacted the warranty department and the sales department I was assured that they would make my complaint right and I have yet seen the right light kit sent to me and have yet heard anything back from customer service or the warranty department

Customer support sucks.
I purchased LED lights for my 69 Camaro and the added fee for lifetime bulb replacement and one light is 1/2 as bright as the other. I have tried numerous times to email to get it replaced with no response. In addition, I have tried numerous times to call to get the issue resolved with no response or resolution. I feel this is some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. At this point I would not recommend buying ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Jim Johnson (614)-551-****

Terrible customer service
Accidentally made an order for an LED 1156 bulb, I emailed them to have my order canceled before it shipped. They told me they would take care of it once the order came to their facility. They never tried to cancel the order and it shipped to me even when I asked them to cancel it. They said they could send it back and I could get store credit for their mess up and not a proper refund. This company is a joke and I will never do business with these scam artists ever again!

They wont reply to emails. Wrong parts, long shipping times and NO REPLIES. Amazon or EBAY has a more honest cheap bulb option.

Lights want work and i tried getting in touch with you but still no response. I went to auto zone and ask them to put my HID Nation lights in and they did and the lights didn't come on i put them on bright and everything and they just don't work. I had to put my old ones back in

Warranty on bulb's
I had a defective hid bulb it was under warranty it cost me 12.99 to ship it back. Then i was charged another 7.99 to get them shipped back to me. The lights brand new were only 28.99. I might has well just bought a new set. So what good is the warranty?

Purchase a set of HID Xenon lights Been very busy just got a chance to put them in open the new box and one of the balls are yellow try to install would not work now Im sure they wont stand behind it because its after 30 days?

Poor customer service and I haven't received working headlights to date
Ordered headlights hid nation shipped completely wrong set of headlights. Next they sent another set, the right set. Only one of the two work. Lmfao then they said turn over 180 degrees well did that multiple times and plugged in my old LED from another headlight company. Imagine that they actually work. Not the hid LEDs though. Since then, no communication or resolution to fix issue
