Didn't receive package

I have not received my package or a refund and cannot reach anyone from customer service. It's been almost a month! When you call it's an automated system, you can never speak with a live representative.

Online purchase pickup in the store the same day very unhappy

Yes I have been shopping for shoes online for about an hour and a half and when I come across Hibbets I saw where they had a good deal going so I saw the pair of shoes that I wanted the KDs tray fives and they had them for not only were they cheaper but they were extremely cheaper they had them for $51 and some change they said that they had the pair of shoes in the store for pickup that same day I made the order about 11:00 that evening I went to pick him up about 4:00 when I got there Not only was my order not ready but when they finally found the shoes they were two different sizes then there was no manager on site and then they subjected that all they could do was put the money back on my card and not even try to make it right I still bought a pair of shoes but I was charged more than what I was supposed to the KDs they were $51 on the website inside the store they were $95 at this Hibbett Sports in Camden Arkansas they have everything extremely overpriced and I did not feel valued as a customer as they told me what I had to accept from them and they were not willing to make anything right so thank you and I will be continuing not to shop at your store until this is resolved I think I should be refunded for the shoes and maybe a gift card

Unauthorized transaction

There was a transaction made at a Hibbett sports in Birmingham, Alabama on my account. For one, I did not authorize this transaction nor do I even live in or near Birmingham, Alabama. They stole almost $50 right out of my bank account and are refusing to help me whatsoever. They keep giving me the runaround instead of just giving me my money back. All I know is if my money isn't in my account very very soon I will sue the *** out of Hibbett sports. Even if it takes every dime I have to my name, I will make sure y'all pay a million times the amount y'all stole from me!!!

Lost package

I recently went into the City gear located in Atlanta ga near headland Dr, I ordered a pair of shoes that werent in store and the shoes have been taken from my porch. My neighbor witnessed it happen and tried to stop the person but to no avail her efforts were no good. I am reaching out because those were my daughters birthday shoes and she now has no shoes and I am out of 163$ I contacted the store and they directed me to the customer service number but i wasn't successful at reaching anyone I have submitted a claim with USPS AS WELL.

Store 656- Bainbridge Georgia

I purchase some shoes for my husband. Made the transaction on Sunday afternoon with the actual store manager Amanda Jordan, who told me that I may pick them up on Wednesday afternoon. I arrived at the store around 6:30pm, after having driven 1 hour away from Tallahassee Florida. The associate in the store Cameron called Amanda(store manager) for assistance with this matter. Amandas response was to possibly have me return tomorrow because a full refund neither the shoes could be released to me. Although I paid for the shoes in full at the point of ordering them. This is unacceptable behavior, and it is not going to work for me. This was very unprofessional. Please tell me how your company plans to remedy this matter. I expect a response back with an update that will def under no circumstances refund me in full. Livid is not the word I would choose. Super Pissed off

My refund

The workers are very rude in the stores I visited 5 points in Birmingham alabama and western hills mall. The return policy is posted at the register and they still don't honor it and they talk to customers very rudely and unprofessional

Very bad

I ordered sneakers a week ago, but today I received an email saying that the order was canceled because there were no items. I went back and checked the website and it still says the item I ordered has the size. Even if it was there at the time I ordered, if the item is gone, you have to update it right away so that customers won't waste time. This is not the first time and I had the same experience last time. I ordered it with a worried mind. As a customer who used up all the information to place an order, I feel a bit uncomfortable.

Lost order

My order was stolen from USPS. I was refunded only the cost of the shoe. All the taxes and etc was not refunded.

I did not receive everything I ordered.

I paid for three pair of shoes for my kids for Christmas and I only received two pair. Im very displeased with Hibbetts. Last year they didnt send me the shoes I ordered they sent me shoes from their store display and the merchandise was fake. This will be the last time I purchase anything from them.

Refund

I went to the store ordered shoes for my son to be delivered for school. They never made it. Then they said that they would refund me and it would take 2 to 4 weeks to receive it, but it only took 2 to 4 minutes to take my money. I will never shop with that store again. Thats just not the way to do a customer that always shop with them.

Damaged shoes

I just wanna start off by saying the shipping time was very impressive. I ordered the white air max 97 for my girlfriend for a Christmas present. When I opened the box to inspect them there was a fat *** black scuff across the toe of the right foot. Not happy about that. I was able to scrub it off with bleach and its barely noticeable but I did get before hand pictures. Also the soles are dirty and scuffed as if they have been worn before. I have pictures of all

Raffle Scamming

Hello can you help me with this issue. I won a raffle yesterday at the forestdale store, but when i went to get my shoes they first said they didnt get any raffles so i let them see my raffle then that said they cant pull up the winners list so its nothing they can do so i call customer care and they went as far as to emailing them the winners list so i went back up their and they acted as if I wasnt standing there at this point i was upset so i started to tell them that I dont believe them and if their job is worth some jordan so be it. They have the worst attitude probably because i call them out on it,so after that they refuse to help me so i call customer care a 2nd time and this time they emailed the district manager about the issue and said it will be 24 to 48 hours before I get a response. I didnt want to go social with this but i did because customers care wasnt enough and the disrespect I received from the staff was unacceptable I am a loyal customer. I wont stop until these women are terminated. I went home and was able to purchase the shoes online which i didnt feel right about but my son wanted them. This a serious matter and I will not give up! here are pictures of the unstable people that your company hired and proof of them contacting me after i created a post about my experience on facebook. Im now convinced that they sold my shoe to their friend instead of me and at this point the shoes are no longer the issue they are.I will not be satisfied until they are terminated.
