Issues with Smite/ban
I have got banned 624 minutes for the game crashing on me can we please fix this bug in your system it normally happens when picking my god in a Ranked match so far it happened just today it's crashed 3 times 2 in Ranked an 1 in Casual, there's gotta be a way you guys can detect if I leave a game on purpose or if game crashed at character pick an I try logging back in that it will allow me to log back in an pick my god after closing out applications. Maybe allow it to reconnect when choosing gods like in a normal game 2 minute timer to log back in and pick god would better that than people having to wait a 3 minute Que to play with someone else an go through the banning process etc.

I've completed the color forge event for week 3 and 4 and i couldn't claim my rewards, it keeps saying "press A" to collect but it won't accept it I've even restarted my game and I still haven't gotten my reward.

Hey hi Rez, I am a big fan of your game Smite, this is the only game I play and I play it everyday for 12+ hours, I have spent lots of money and tiem on this game, most of the times when Im in a ranked game I get a blue screen error and I get penalties for 24 hours, 12 hours & so on, its 3x worshipers right now and Im in a ranked game and I have gotten 4 blue screens before I could even buy my items in a row, and now I have a desert penalty & I really want to play the game, Can you guys please try to fix that for consoles or take action upon some peoples bans because its annoying when you try to play and you get a error code and get penaltys for hours and hours yesterday I had a 24 hour ban 1439 minutes, this isnt new this happens all the time, please help me or something, & I would also like to know if theres anyway to get a limited skin for a god again that I would love to get, please and thank you

Good afternoon, I am having trouble linking accounts I recently got a ps5 and heard about the news about the servers for rogue on switch and was sadden due to playing rogue on my switch so I got a ps5 to countiue my progress but I think a mishaps came when I logged into my epic games account? Missing chest
I got an Enigma chest from the account level 14 reward and before I could claim an item I accidentally backed out of the menu and the chest is missing preventing me from having my reward. Please help.

No one answered my call and I doubt no one ever will. The fact I cant even get a password reset to even try to login is beyond frustrating. Please do better and if you can barely help people like me then hire more staff since the game is heavily monetized anyway.

Smite Vshojo content issues
@HiRezSupport hi my account account name is ... i purchased through the in game store the vshojo bundle assuming it would have what was advertised for it , all the skins and the voices. only for it to not contain any of the voice packs when the steam DLC package for the same price does contain them. the reason i bought the pack in first place was for skins and voice. assuming from the advertisements that it would contain all of it. I'm looking to either get the voice packs that i was advertised and thought i was paying for, or a refund so that i can purchase the dlc through the steam shop that i was advertised by you for. keep in mind that Australia has very strong consumer protection laws, and it is illigle to have blanket bans of refunds let alone individual bans both of which you have quoted in your refund policy. let alone our laws on deceptive or misleading advertising. looking forward to your response, and hoping that i can enjoy coming back to your game like i had intended.

Error with account charge
I went to buy the new Vshojo bundle today for the discount price; instead, I was charged the non-discount price for the entire bundle and paid over 4000 gems instead of the listed number of a little over 2000. I now have zero gems remaining, and I was overcharged drastically from the listed amount, despite buying the bundle and not the individual items. I want help to get my gems back because I should not be overcharged when I just wanted the regular bundle discount price. If contacted further, I can provide my account information to validate my claim when and if needed.

Awful game and community, money hungry company
Please, ban my account forever. I am sick and tired of the player base. You guys dont wanna ban any of the people the call me the N word that i have reported on numerous occasions. All you guys care about is money and it is honestly disappointing and disgusting. Skin after skin after skin but nothing to improve the experience or gameplay. Nothing to update servers, nothing about the disgusting human beings that religiously are toxic and say far worse things than i am currently banned for. Ive been a player of this game since early season 3 and nothing has changed int the 7 years i dedicated to it. I dont ever see you guys doing anything to support the community truly and i do ecpext my email to not be taken seriously and even ignored. But it is a real problem and you idiots dont know what youre doing. If i could go back and take back all the money i dumped into the game over the years as a loyal customer i would. I wish i could even take back all the times i refered this sorry game to others, just to save the wasted time and energy. But as a loyal customer all i ask is to permanently ban my main account forever so i can never play this garbage again. If you are reading this DO NOT PLAY SMITE... EVER. Save your mental and emotional energy. Its fun and addicting i cant lie, but the player base is so toxic and the company does nothing about it
