Nano Sparkle purchased order now plus 1 free and it added another to my credit card so almost doubled the cost Took over a month to arrive and when used made the area worse not better left a full bloom on the metallic paintwork which could not be polished out Returns polio says we have to pay postage which is against UK laws but as US not sure. After reading comments on non refunds not going to waste another £10 returning it as probably will not receive a refund in anycase DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT ON YOUR VEHICLE

Did not send me what they advertised
I ordered Dr. clean spray bottle with tablets and I got a totally different product which is all purpose cleaner called all purpose. It is not doctor clean and that is what they advertise. I want my money back and Im not paying shipping.

Item was dealt with via the credit card company. Have never had any response from the company.

Item not received, and unable to contact the company. Have tried phoning Several times buthad no luck. They sayitem has been delivered but I have Not received it. I have evenchecked with neighbours in case delivered to wrong address. Dont know what to do now, except contact the credit card company to put item in dispute.

Is this a SCAM???
i received a mini chain saw that i did not order. I called the customer service number and they verfired my name and address on the order but the email associated with the order as well as the last 3 digits of the Mastercard used to pay were not mine. They said i could send it back if i paid the shipping. I feel like this might be a scam? i emailed the address they said was mine and asked if they purchased a saw, multiple times and received no response. My order is not working
I bought jet nozzle on line and once I received , it was not working , I contact the company and and not find much helpful and I been told if you not happy send back and postage you have to pay , I am happy to pay but its coming up to £20 roughly , which is quite lot , I when I bought I pay £2-95 only . I am asking if possible can you arrange collection or send paid label and take postage charges from refund , I hope you solve this issue . Many thanks

this is about the mini chain saw. the way its made with the chain on the left side poses a safety hazard to a right handed person. Why didn't they make it like other chain saws with the chain on the right side. makes more sense and is a lot safer.. this message should really go to the R&D department. my email is rgross107@***.com. Need to return all purpose spray
Spray cleaner does not work.I was told put 3 or 4 tablets in sprayer and wait 5 hours. Ridiculous, it doesn't say that on the instructions. It doesn't work anyway. What a rip off.enjoy my money, I'm sure I'm not getting that back
