I have cancelled

Missing ingredients - so I then cancelled in July but you sent another box in error so I have had to cancel again and request refund

Wrong order

Taking money from my account for a delivery that I didnt order and then only giving less than 50% of my money back even though it wasnt my fault . Ive never had any problems with Hello Fresh before and I am very disappointed in the service I received. I have cancelled my subscription and unless I get a full refund, I will not be coming back . This is a real kick in the teeth for me as I was really enjoying the meals with you.

Money taken from my account

Unauthorised money taken from my account. Also I paid for a phone call to correct your error which seems wrong to me

Delivery not made

To pay extra to have an am slot then still waiting on a delivery at 10pm at night is totally unacceptable. Customer service would not cancel or refund my order and expected me to wait all night. Not happy whatsoever. They need to take into consideration people living on their own Review your practices and your courier choices.

Forgot to cancel order

I am going to be on holiday this weekend, however, had forgotten to cancel the box to stop it coming whilst I was away. Initially the customer service assistant said that there was nothing he could do to reschedule it, however he then came back a few minutes later saying that he has cancelled it for me and that I will be refunded the money.

Such a con

Such a con. I revisited the website to look for recipe inspiration via a link from a third party social media advert. Because the system recognised my email address, the way the page is designed, it auto populates a delivery date to reinstate your old plan as now Activated from 7yrs ago!!! I then cancelled it the following day to then receive a text from the courier company a few days later to say they are delivering an order today but payment has been declined! My account is deactivated and doesnt have a current form of payment on it but the goods are still dispatched and on their way but theyve not been paid for? I have no email confirmation to say an order had been placed either and I have no idea what will be in the box. Customer service agent Crystal assisted me but said as its auto renew an order is reserved straight away. This is not acceptable. Why cant people just browse a website for inspiration and consideration? NEVER revisit a website using the same email address from years ago is my top tip to you. Ill refuse the delivery later today.

Terrible food,think they went into the rubbish bins for the veg.

The food.veg was limp.one of the packets was burst open soaking everything in the box,everything went in the bin,l'll NEVER use them again,if they offer me a new box ld honestly refuse.

Shocking service

Took £28.00 from my account without notifying me about picking my meals that wont be getting delivered for another 4 days . Wont let me change the meals so expecting 3 meals I will not eat 1 without any meat at all if all food is fresh then I dont see a problem with me changing my meals 4 day prior to delivering

I’m not even a customer

Im not even a customer and I have just had a message saying your parcel will be with you today . Theyve taken money from my bank Ive picked no meals because I didnt order ANYTHING FROM HELLO FRESH AND THERES NO PHONE NUMBER TO TALK TO A HUMAN THE BS ARE AT IT I KNEW THE COMPANY WAS IN TROUBLE BUT TO FRAUDULENTLY GO INTO SOMEONESAND TAKE MONEY I HAVE NO IDEA JOW THEY HAVE MANAGED TO DO THIS THE Bank is looking into it .

UNSOLICITED EMAILS

STOP SENDING US EMAILS They emailed back, despite the fact that I told them not to, with a "No-reply" email telling me to go to their "Chat". I did so, but they make it impossible to tell them to stop sending emails. They invite one to "login", but I do not have, and never have had, an account with them..

Totally fed up with your company. I will never use you again

Unable to speak to anyone and impossible to contact by telephone. I didnt want the order I received because it was too complicated. It arrived by Yodel, which is a frightful delivery service and I am forced to pay for. I have tried on many occasions to do this. Its been totally impossible. I do NOT want any further delivery from you. When I last used you it was a user friendly company. Now its the opposite.

Money being taken from my account when it shouldnt be

Hello i recently set up an account but decided not to go ahead with ordering i canceled my account but today my bank is saying theres money trying to be taken from hello fresh please could someone help me with having that money reimbursed and all subscriptions and standing orders cancelled

Duped

I was sent a box which I did not order. Which I did not give authorisation of payment for. And did not receive as it was sent to the home I moved out of 4 years ago! I had no comfirmation email of this transaction either. The first I knew of the box was when I received a message saying it was being delivered that day. I have tried multiple times over the course of this week to contact them on every possible platform but they make it impossible for you to actually speak to someone. You just get sent around in automated circles. And when you do finally get to speak to someone they are rude, and will not stray from what is clearly a script, so they dont fully listen to or understand your complaint. This has now left me almost £50 out of pocket with absolutely nothing to show for it , and no resolve in sight.

Refund

I have contacted customer services multiple times on multiple platforms and gotten nowhere. I was sent a box that I did not order. That I did not give confirmation or authorisation of payment for. And that I did not receive because I moved from that address 4 years ago. I would like a refund.
